Better check the location and book hotel near Munnar city. No Medical help available near hotel, as the hotel was far away from the city. The Hotels at Thrissur and Kovalam was Good and provided good service. Breakfast buffet was very good. Last but not least thanks to Charu Madam from Sethi Travels for helping me while on the tour and plan a wonderful holiday.

The travel agent should have told us that you need not see those places as you had a stay at heevan . Our day ,time and money all was wasted because of that. We could have left pahalgam in morning itself and could have taken an evening or night flight and saved one day. Overall for the travel agent to stand out he should plan and communicate the iteirnery which is feasible and actually worth watching for the tourist( e.g zero point at sonmarg had nothing to see, outrightly waste of money and time.)
