It was a nice and comfortable trip. The hotels and everything was very well arranged. No problem was faced during the trip
Tarun Goyal
Rajasthan
Tarun's 5 days trip to Himachal
Our recent experience with the agency was mixed due to several issues:
Driver working hours – There was no clear mention of the driver’s working timings in the itinerary or booking details. This led to confusion and inconvenience during the trip. According to him his timings were from 6 am to 8 pm
which we were not informed at the timing of booking or later also.
Chandigarh itinerary – The planned schedule for Chandigarh was unrealistic and could not be followed as promised. I had even pointed out the same but yet was told that those activities were possible. This reflects poor planning and lack of practical consideration for travel time and feasibility.
Hotel selection – On a positive note, the hotels chosen were well-selected and provided a comfortable stay, which was the highlight of the trip.

Umesh's 6 days trip to Himachal
Arrangements by turn on vacation were excellent and tour was well planned. Our driver was also very careful while driving so that my daughter did not feel uncomfortable at high altitude and sharp bends. All hotels that we stayed in were really comfortable and staffs were co operative except chandiga
rh it could be good ..
