Really had a excellent trip where the car service was fantastic. Driver Stan Angdu was very nice, cooperative and was good human being also available at dot time. I will like to plan all my future trips with Travel Triangle.

Leh to srinagar road trip was not planned properly. Even though road was blocked due to avalanche in Srinagar leh highway 3 days prior, we where not informed early. This costed extra money from our hand for air and hotel stay. Also hotel refund was not negotiated by agent and hotel in Srinagar Privoior to departure and communicated to us by agent. This resulted in no refund and pay extra cost from our Pocket.

Hannah helped us in multiple changes to hotel and itinerary. She came up with the best package. 5 stars for Hannah and her service 5 stars for all the hotels and tours included in the package 3.5 stars for La Pandora Cruise, its not the same as it looks in the picture.

Hello, All in all, I would say we had a very wonderful experience in Meghalaya, and a safe one too. This will be a detailed review of my 6D 5N stay in Meghalaya from 25 Feb to 1 Mar. 2024. The driver Hatim Ali picked us up at the airport around 11.30 AM when we landed. We started off to Kazhiranga, and the first day was entirely travel, as Kazhiranga was quite far away and there are highway speed checks and animal crossings, so can't really reach Kazhiranga anytime before 6 hrs of travel. Also, sun sets very early, around 5.30pm, so all plans need to be made before that. The stay in Kazhiranga, Dhanshree Resort was excellent, with amazing food. Our only regret was that we stayed here for just one night. Next day. we did the Jeep safari. at Rs.4000 per Jeep. It was a 3 hour safari through the Central range. and it was worth it. But that's that. There is nothing else to see or do in Kazhiranga. We started off to Shillong right after the Safari. We reached Shillong around 6pm on the 2nd day. The place we stayed here was Treetops residency. We had to climb up the stairs, to reach the entrance. the receptionist greeted us well, and showed us to our rooms. The room was big and cozy, and had heaters. This is much needed, as temperatures drop to 6-7 degrees. The only downside to this day stays was the food. We ordered food from the hotel, and we were disappointed. Food is not good here. On the third day, we travelled to Meghalaya around 8am in the morning. It was just 57kms, so we reached early. Now this was the best day of the entire trip. First we visited the Arwan caves, which was amazing. Then, we went to Noh-kalikai falls. Despite water levels being low, the location and the view was mesmerizing. Then we visited the Masmui caves. The limestone cave was even better, and we spent some good time here. We went to see the Seven sister falls, but water levels were too low. Also, Thangkharang park was closed, when we visited at 4pm, so our driver took us to Eco park, which was good. There is a view point, and lot of area to walk around, in the setting sun, and worth to spend some time here. We wrapped the day, and checked in at our stay, La Kupar. The cottage is good, with neat and cozy rooms. Having wooden walls, its much warmer and fresh. the food was served to our room, and was average. Nothing spectacular. Next day, we visited the Garden of Caves. Now this is a spot we cannot miss in Sohra. A total of 11 amazing spots, including caves, view points, waterfalls, this Garden is truly a feast for our eyes. But beware, we do have to walk a lot, and it takes around 2 hours to complete. Then we made our way to Maylynnong, and trekked a little to the Living root bridge. This is a natural phenomena, and worth the visit. After this, we visited the cleanest city in Asia. We wrapped the day, with stay at Riwar cottage. This being a very remote place, cannot expect much luxury here. The cottage was small but clean. The food in the night was tasty, and the staff were good and responsive. Next day, we went to Dawki in the morning, for the famous Umngot river boat ride. This was the highlight of the trip. On the borders of Bangladesh and Meghalaya, this place is truly a sight for sore eyes. Beware, ask your boat paddler not the veer towards to the Bangladesh border. There is a huge cloud always, and they pass dirty remarks. My wife faced a situation, while we were on the boat. As we did not understand their language, there was nothing much we can do. We finished the ride, and travelled back towards Shillong, through Jowai. The car ride was good, and we visited Krang Shuri and PheePhee falls on the way. This would have been post rainy season, water levels were low. We visited the Laitlum canyons on the way back. This is a view point, with deep gorges. Amazing time here, with photo shoots. Then we travelled towards Shillong. As we reached early. we visited Ward's lake. Amazing place. Also, we went to the famous Police bazaar, the flee market of Shillong. Then, we stayed at TreeTops Residency. Again, disappointing food. Ordering via Zomato was the only option at 09:30 PM for us. On the last day, we got up late, and made our way towards Guwahati airport. Our driver showed us a temple on the way, and we had lunch, and were dropped at the airport. I would like to really appreciate our driver Hatim Ali, he was truly a gentleman, and made sure our stay and journey was safe and pleasant.

We took a Shimla and Manali from Travel On Ease. At the time of booking, they provided some hotels, and 2-3 days before the tour they changed all the hotels which was a bit surprising. The Shimla hotel was good, with no complaints regarding food, rooms, and staff. Manali Hotel wasn't up to the mark. At night we checked in at the Manali Hotel (La Aero Resort) and we knew that there was no hot water. We requested many times to Kewal Kumar regarding hotel changes but he took it very casually. During the overall tour, there were no such calls from the Travel agent regarding the feedback and other things. I would say if you have another vendor option go with that vendor instead of Travel on Ease.

Trip was good cab was good and driver was also good and help us throughout the journey when we stay initial in leh both travel agent and hotel was good but after going in nubra the facilities which agent has been communicated to me was not given to me in nubra i have choosen the hotel but it was not a hotel it is felt like home stay only the dinner was extremely bad not good service by the team when i have asked them to shift me next day to leh to same hotel they charged me extra Rs500 + taxes and also not given any invoices and then in last 3 days at leh hotel the restaurant deny to give us lemon as they have told me they have lemon but they are costly and they told me the rate of lemon is Rs 180 kg but actual price was i had purchase in leh only same day after they deny to give me was Rs 70 kg only they do not have fruits in their in market it is available but everything i asked firstly they denied us in last few days overall it is quite good experience in terms of travelling initial days of leh hotel not in nubra.......

My driver was amazing. Very kind and considerate. About my stays I loved staying at La Kuper inn, Sohra, Cherrapunjee. The hospitality and guest friendliness won my heart but La Castle in Shillong wasn’t a good experience. They didn’t provide proper duvet or blanket for the driver neither did they arrange hot water for him in spite of repeated calls they just kept on saying ‘we are arranging’ but failed to do so. Also, the driver room wasn’t covered properly my driver had to stay up whole night as the room was pretty airy and it was really cold out. Apart from that my travel was amazing.

It was our first trip through Travel Triangle and we had chosen Indeman Travels' itinerary for Meghalaya. We didn't know what to expect, but we were happy with the whole trip. As we were 2 women travellers, we were concerned with the safety aspects not having travelled alone to the area before, but everything was safe and went smoothly. Our cab driver, Mr. Pranab Das was very good and took us everywhere safe and sound. Had a great experience with him! Treetops hotel in Shillong turned out to be the best amongst the 3 stays we had in Meghalaya and also the best food. In terms of cleanliness all 3 stays were very good, even when it was in a remote location. Although the amenities of the stays went down with each destination, it was understandable considering the remote locations. However, our only complaint was the food at La Kupar Inn, it was quite poor in taste. Also they did not provide any bathroom essentials such as soap/toilet paper. But otherwise it was a decent stay and the room was good. All in all, an absolutely great trip - both in terms of organisation as well as the place itself. Must visit - but be prepared to walk/hike a lot!

Hi Travel Triangle team, The Manali trip was good, visited many renowned places and had fun. The Jibhi trip was awful. There are a few callouts that I want to share. The stay which was originally "Indrasaan" Hotel was changed to "La Aero" at the very last minute. Though the hotel was okay, but these last-minute changes impacted our mood for the rest of the trip. Also, we were asked to change the room after 2 days since we extended our stay in Manali by a day. This caused inconvenience too. Also, there should be proper communication between your cab driver, the transport team, and the sales team. The driver kept asking for payment from us since he was not getting any payment from the transport team and he was a little frustrated with the management. There was lots of back-and-forth communication between transport, Sales and Drivers and it led to chaos. I suggest you create a Whatsapp group and deal in that group rather than taking the conversations to the client and spoiling their mood. I felt this was not handled properly. The stay in Jibhi "Cliff Heaven" was not pleasant. It was the worst experience of my Life. Again there was confusion w.r.t the rooms which were booked. I asked for a treehouse during my initial booking and we were asked to stay in an "A" shaped room which has bunker beds. I ended up paying extra money for the treehouse and was standing in the cold weather for nearly 45 minutes before I went to the treehouse. There was no tea/coffee given on arrival and when I asked for it in the evening it was charged. The staff over there were not friendly and kept giving broken heater and refusing to give a normal working one. After talking to the owner they fixed the heater. Even the morning breakfast which is supposed to be covered was not given until 11 a.m. and we decided to check out one day in advance. There was no refund given since there is no policy to cancel the booking 3-4 hours before the day starts. This is very strange and it seems like the hotel guys were trying their best to loot us. Very Pathetic behaviour I must say. Based on these experiences, I will not plan any new trips for me, my family, or my relatives in the future from the Travel Triangle Platform.
