          A well organized trip to Seychelles. Our travel agent Anshita from A bit off beat Holidays was in constant touch way before the trip started and until the trip was over. She understood very well where we could face any challenge on the trip and she would help us in any such case. In the start, we felt a little anxious over cab transfers because we would generally not have the direct communication with the drivers, but everytime, the transfer would be smooth without any hassle. After a while, I stopped worrying about this as I was assured that everything was very well planned out by our agent. I would highly recommend our travel agency for anyone planning to visit Seychelles. PS: It may be happening at a lot of tourist places elsewhere but hotels in Seychelles would charge exorbitantly for water bottles. It is advised to make water arrangement from any nearby grocery shop. You'd get water atleast 5 times cheaper.

          Trip was well organised and was happy with all the itineraries given. Got one day rental car in Mahe and Praslin which was very helpful to roam around the beaches. Many other families who came from other travel agencies, I would definitely say that our itineraries was best with the budget. Nikita helped us lot with the doubts and smooth process. Marine reef was best in my whole trip.

          We had a wonderful time thanks to the excellent planning work done by the agents. The only feedback would be to try and find an optimal rate for extension of checkouts as in Seychelles the hotels had check out at 10 or 11 whilst most check-ins are at 2.

          Travel agent was responsive throughout which was good but on the arrival we were informed about a change in the hotel which was unexpected and the reasons were not clear enough. Thankfully the replacement hotel turned out to be a good experience. We were promised bicycles at La Digue but on arrival were told they were not available and we had to pay from our pockets. Apart from these 2 situations, everything else was taken care. But there is a need for improvement with travel agents

          It was a nice trip and a lifetime experience. Creole was very punctual and professional in its work. Like every bit of it. The hotels could have been better. Though both the properties were very close to the beach which was the best part. The Marine reef park and sunset cruise coordinator could have been better. The pickup was delayed by almost and hour. We were not taken to Moyenne Island and we waited for 2 hours for the boat to arrive. There were more people than the capacity of the boat. So we 5 couples had to wait for 2 hours at the eden island for the next boat to come. Initially Ms. Maria informed us that we will be coming back late as we were going late but she went back on her words and we came back almost at the same time. We did not visit the moyenne island and another 2 islands. Had we been on time, we could enjoyed those as well. The ferry, airport transfers etc by creole were all hassle free. Also, some discount coupons were to be given which were not. Other tourists has some discount vouchers for scuba diving and lunch , dinners at partner restaurants. Apart from this.. It was a nicely organised well managed trip. Thanks

          Hotels provided were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay at both the hotels. It was a very memorable experience . The cabs/buses provided for the transfers were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Now to the bad parts. The travel agent booked our connecting flight 8 hours apart one way and 6 hours apart the other way. That meant a lot of waiting at the airports. Also they booked flights from different terminals which meant we had to carry our luggage and take a cab from one terminal to the other. They could’ve booked some other airlines which could’ve costed a bit more but would’ve have resulted in a lesser waiting time at the airport and also would’ve not required us to change terminals. Also our arrival flight to Seychelles was delayed which caused us to miss a ferry to our initial destination. We had to wait for another 8 hours for the next ferry. The agency did not provide us any place to rest or freshen up. All in all it was about 24 hours of travel and waiting time before we got to our room. We were totally exhausted and my wife got really sick. It costed us a day of our trip. Meghana was really helpful and provided the best information and deals available to us.
