is beforehand so that we could have carried some more snacks with us. Peit them resort in Mawlynnong was a complete mess. They have old rooms with some insects inside them. There were only 2 people to handle everything, nobody came for the check out, we carried our luggage by ourselves. Hotel Rajmahal in Guwahati was excellent but we didn't get to stay for long time there due to tight schedule. Summit green village resort at Kaziranga was excellent but its situated little far from tourist spots and the central and western zones which are best zones for safari. We asked the agent to change the hotel but we didn't get expected support.

n Shillong was especially cozy and pleasant. The visits to the Living Root Bridge, Mawlynnong Village, and the various caves were absolutely fantastic and added great value to the trip. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we appreciate the efforts taken by your team to make the journey smooth and enjoyable. . However, the property at Mawlynnong, M/s Peit Them Resort was not well maintained & gave a deserted look. Also, there were frequent power cuts, with no power backup at this property. Other than this, the trip was very well managed & we had a wonderful time at Meghalaya. Thanks to Travel Triangle & Triptovana.

e checking out the staff didn't bother to wake up in the morning for breakfast or for the settlement. No response at all. The driver was good but he didn't guide us properly about the itinerary locations, the travel time taken. We had to constantly ask about the locations travel time and basic information. A driver should be proactively involved with the passengers in telling about the local people, their culture, their traditions if he is there for more a day with us. Umngot River, Garden of Caves, Arwah Caves, Lathium Canyon.

in Shillong was within city, the approach was congested space. Accommodation in Khaziranga, Cherrapunji and Mawlynnong was also good.
