Sizra from unexplored trip should be more proactive after the booking is made. I specifically told that in the trip senior citizens will be there but hitel rooms were not arranged accordingly. In Shillong I got the room in 4th floor. Similarly the Sunset cruise On Brahmaputra river was not booked nor told me to book in advance. I had to call and remind and we couldn't find option in day 1, so had to move the cruise trip to 6th day. Overall it's a good experience but need some proactiveness from travel agent.

Overall the trip was good. Few hiccups like the expectation set with travel agent of having just 1 window of money transaction was not met. We got into the same loop of driver asking for money while we had already paid. Anyway it got sorted. But that's exactly what we did not want. Driver was prompt in his service, Car was good. But i believe there are multiple vendors getting involved in the process, which may not go well for the customer. Overall the trip was wonderful, Hotel accommodation we booked it ourselves, so no feedback to be given there.

I would first put down by not so good experience.The trip started with a heartbreak; as North Sikkim was closed due to landslide (not in our control) - the third party agent then worked around and presented the plan for Darjeeling and Kalimpong - the first night at Darjeeling hotel was not per my requirements - too small room and it in no way was a 3 star hotel. The transfer vehicles were agreed to be either Dzire or Innova/ Xylo however the agent was not fully aware about it. My transfer was delayed from Darjeeling to Pelling due to unavailability of vehicle, they sent me the vehicle at 2 pm and that ruined the whole day - my sightseeing of Pelling for 1st day was not possible as the vehicle came in late and we reached Pelling at around 7-7:30 pm. I had escalated the situation to Travel Triangle representative who was very cold and never responded to my concern. Attached is the snap of lack of responsiveness of Travel Triangle representative. I am very disappointed with Travel Triangle representative's approach, they had left us on the mercy of the travel agent and had never coordinated with me. This was a very bad experience; my previous 3 experiences were much better. Based on this experience with travel triangle I would never recommend my friends and family to get services from them. It is a waste of money to have them; it would be rather better to directly connect with a travel agent and pay less to them.

Hotel stay are fine. Food is good, we could not get South Indian food for our daughter as she is not able to accustom to north food. Cab and Driver were good. He is very cooperative and safe and good driving. We had only 2 things which could have been better. 1. We expected a driver who can converse with us in English, because we are poor in Hindi. But unfortunately that did not happen. 2. While returning back to Delhi the driver who was with us for all 6 days has transferred us to another driver for the last 3 hours drive. The new driver was not conversing at all. I did not even heard his name properly after asking 3 to 4 times. We asked him to stop for tea/coffee few times. In spite he did not stop and his answers were 1 word. Apart from that overall the trip is very memorable

There were three hotel.. one was in dirang - gonpalok homestay, one was in. Tawang- hotel obsidian blue both of them were amazing, the last hotel was not upto the mark- nambrog in bomdilla, rooms were not clean, reception area smelled of drunkeness.. however we did not create a scene and adjusted for the day, i informed my agent- sizra for the same.. rest of the trip was a banger.. our driver bikash das was super sweet and absolutely helpful when needed.. i got sick on the fourth day.. he helped us out... We went on april last week which was not a good decision for arunachal.. rains most of the time feb, march would be good for arunachal trip.. u'll get snow on those months Best was bumla pass.. Absolutely worth the hype

We had a family trip to Assam and Meghalaya in April 2025, planned by Indeman Travel Solution. Sanjeev from Indeman helped us with a well-organized 7-day itinerary, including hotel stays and cab services. The resorts at Kaziranga (Dhanashri Resort) and Dawki (Peit Them Resort) were excellent, with beautiful gardens, clean and spacious rooms, and polite staff. Other hotels were okay but didn’t meet our expectations in terms of room size, cleanliness, and breakfast variety. The hotel in Shillong (Ramson Stay Inn) was new, but it had no lift, making it difficult for older people to access upper floors. The breakfast was very basic — just bread, butter, and a sandwich. It would be better if they added items like cornflakes and bread omelet. Overall, we were happy with the trip, the itinerary, and our cab driver, Mintoo Das, who was polite and helpful. Sanjeev was always reachable and helped with hotel room changes and safari bookings. However, the pre-travel and on-trip coordination could be improved, as no one checked in with us during the trip. While support was available when we called, a more proactive approach would have been better. In short, it was a memorable and well-planned trip that our whole family enjoyed.

Our first 8 family friends trip(total 31 members) to Himachal we were really confused and scared to choose earlier as we don't know Hindi properly. And it was a big group them we found Travel Triangle they connect us with 3 different Travel agent. And then we found Travel on ease really professional and experienced in north side. And we were right it was a great choice for us. they treat us like a family. We were traveled with our old parents and toddlers but they really took care of everyone. Ms Baby ma'am and Sahil Sir was the person who initially connected with us and later Mr Adarsh take a charge on tour. We made so many memories our parents are really happy.. they see the snow first time in Manali. Hats off you Travel on ease

This is first time i booked with traveltriangle. The services from jeremy travel was amazing. They provided very good services with affordable pricing. My family was travelling with this trip they were very happy with services and trip, the drivers are very nice in sikkim and provided very good services and care to the family throughout the trip. hotels are very nice but only improvements need in food as food was average! There was sudden change in the climate and started heavy raining in north sikkim which cause land slide on the road . But driver was well experienced he drove the car very carefully and safely dropped the family to the hotel and next day also he took all precautions to drive them back to gangtok with safely with that extreme road conditions. Hats off to the driver
