The role of Travel Triangle during the trip was quite limited. Especially, the support from Alina was negligible, as none of our queries were responded by her. 2. Better vehicle options could have been suggested. For such long-distance travel, an Ertiga or a more comfortable vehicle would have been a better choice for the group. 3. The travel from Kaziranga to Shillong was extremely hectic and tiring. It would have been better to plan a halt in between to make the journey more comfortable. Mr. Shekhar from Vintage Trip was very co-operative and was prompt in reply when we faced any issues. The cab driver was excellent. Mr. Jogesh Barua was an excellent companion throughout the trip. He has been a very generous, good, helpful companion throughout the trip. He is a very nice person. He was generous enough to call us and ask whether we have reached our home properly or not. Also during our travel to certain spots we were facing difficulty due to confusion . Mr Jogesh spoke with the locals and accompanied us to visit the spot so that we did not face any issues. didn't inform me in advance) . There is nothing much to see in East Arunachal except Tawang. Sizra was in constant touch with me regarding our trip and was always ready to help me out. One problem was that there was lack of coordination between Sizra and the car vendor. We were promised a Ertiga car in our itinerary but the car vendor sent a very old triber car instead and even the driver was not proper. We couldn't do any sightseeing on the 1st day. Driver even constantly borrowed money from us. All rooms provided at all hotels were very good 3⭐ deluxe rooms. We got 2 rooms everywhere for a family of 4. Except Serene Resort at cherrapunji where the rooms were very small. In the midst of our trip, we were assigned a Ertiga car and the new driver was very genuine. On our last day of trip there was flood like situation in Guwahati. Thanks to our driver Rex Renee presence of mind and helping nature, he somehow through lots of difficulties managed to help us to catch our flight. Overall Arunachal has beautiful foggy views, greenary place, but tiring long road journey . Unexplored trip and Sizra did their best to give us a comfortable trip with a few flaws though. It would be better if they have their own team of drivers and cars instead of outsourcing it. Points: 7/10

Day 2- hotel rufina pinasa residency is the great hotel in Gangtok breakfast was excellent Every thing was gud in morning but as we started our trip after 30-40 min we saw the real face of driver we don't know what happened but suddenly driver turned the car in very angr one side their was mountain and one side there was river it was really very scary we were 6 adult and 3kids he didn't even think for a second before turning the car in that fast speed.. After we reached homestay lachung comfotel food was very very bad we discussed to travel agent before only for 3veg and 3non veg people choices but than also they didn't made any non veg item and items were also very bad we just tested only salt and spicy in veg dish no other flavours.. Day 3- breakfast was average but for dinner we ask them for non veg firstly they refused to make the chiken they told us that their is no chicken available in market but then we took permission form them to bring chicken and we provided them but then they completely burnt the dish we were not able to eat that so it was very bad experience in North Sikkim in terms of food. Day 4 - we had planned for nathula pass and other points but coz of weather we were not able to go there it was completely fine but they asked for 1500rs extra in advance to drop us to final destination zuluk because of route diversion zuluk homestay eco hut was very nice and food was also very good.. Day 5-zuluk - dargelling every thing was gud bt all 3 rooms provided in hotel was very small.. Day 6- dargelling - Siliguri every thing was gud and driver was very nice he explains every thing and show every point that was mentioned in tour plan.. Overall experience was not that nice that we have imagined before going in trip. We have to call travel agent almost daily for a complaint. But suman ji from bina travel is very nice and humble person she attended us every time and resolved the problems but problems comes daily and sometimes it's belond her capacity. We have booked this tour with travel traingle and we have called high authority of travel traingle to complain but till now they didn't have taken any action and never called back for follow up regarding trip
