Surigao Del Norte Tour Packages

Had a gr8 time in Thailand. Loved the places but suffered because of carelessness and ignorance of Holiday Paradise. But first the good one. 1. Whatsapp group was very quick and responsive. Helped everytime we needed. 2. The Green View Village Resort in Krabi was very good, near Ao Nang beach and market. bad Experiences- 1. Delay in flight bookings and they give silly excuses when asked for tickets. 2. Our Phuket city tour was planned on Day4 along with transfer from Phuket to Krabi but it was changed to Day1 right after our arrival to Phuket. We even could not check in the hotel if the cab had not been late in pickup. 3. In Krabi they gave us a Bunglow fan room (i.e without AC). When I confirmed with the agent, Ms. Meenakshi, before trip started, she assured that it is an AC room but when reached Krabi we found a very small room without AC, with lots of mosquitoes and a bathroom without door. We had to pay 400THB extra for a room upgradation for which they denied to pay for it. 4. Just 4 days before start of journey Mr. Miraj told that the Bangkok city tour which was planned on Day6 was not possible as the flight timing clashed with the city tour pickup time. Also he has offered only Rs 1000 refund for two persons which is not refunded till date. Moreover it is not a sufficient amount as the Bangkok city tour costs at least INR 2500 per person. 5. Our returning flight from BKK to DEL they had booked was pre poned from 15:30 to 4:30 and we had no information. Had we not cheked the flight status, it could had been missed. They didn't mentioned our phone no. or email id for flight related updates. But later when I told Mr. Miraj, he changed our flight. 6. Ms. Meenakshi also promised verbally to provide a complimentary room decor in one hotel but that was also not done. We did not face difficulties in Thailand but the experience with the agency was not good. Holiday Paradise is just for money making. No call for confirmation or follow up after they get money. A big NO for Holiday Paradise Triangle Travel Pvt. Ltd. Not going to recommend anyone.

Hotels are changed by the agent at the last time though it a different hotel was commited so don't had choice rather then opting..casa del m (Phuket) don't provide shuttle after 5PM and is far away from patong beach..u need to spend 100 tbh everytime for single trip.. Phi Phi Island trip and james bond trip was the best..on ground whatsapp support was remarkable..

Entire trip was well planned by Prajon apart from one Casa Del M hotel in Phuket which was not upto the mark (feedback has been already shared with Prajon regarding this).

Sumukh travel did a great job in planning the trip. Dipika was very prompt in answering/resolving the queries. Local agent and Drivers were also good. Although, drivers didn't knew English and but were very friendly. Casa Del M hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. Only thing I didn't like was Icheck inn hotel in Krabi, Reception lady was rude, as there was no staff and lift I had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor in the narrow stairs.

Apple a day resort stay in Krabi was awesome but Casa del M resort in Phuket was equally pathetic,old rooms no perfect lighting,no mini bar,no beach towels provided,Phuket itinerary had nothing much to explore,city tour of Phuket could have been included in tour Krabi stay was memorable,Phuket tour left many things untouched

In Total Tour was not that much Great. Cabs: Cabs were good interms of Cleanness, Time Punctuality, Ride Comfort and Driver Behavior. Hotel Rating: Hotel Room at Phuket (CASA DEL M) was worst, room was in Lower Ground, No Proper Light, No Fresh Air, Room was full Suffocating and Smelly. No Proper Amenities(No Shower Cap, No Napkins) even if we ask at reception they were like don't care. BreakFast was also worst. Even if we complaint to Travel Agent, Agent was like Adjust and Stay their only.

Ok Now this needs to be said one by one.. We reached bangkok airport,waited so long to get visa first day was completly wasted by this process ,after some how getting visa we were free to go to our hotel and we began searching for our playcard after searching for so long we were able to find my name , but the driver was not there ,one girl said to wait for the driver ,waited there for 20 min , still has nothing for break fast or lunch that day . We went outside airport and were able to get in to our private taxi in the middle of the road. A guy who looks like ned in spiderman came.neither he understood what we were talking nor did he.His driving was so reckless that he drove the vehicle with one hand playing nfs with this other hand. We got panicked in some stages of his driving. We asked him is there any hotels nearby,but he was not understanding.After reaching the hotel we paid 1000 as security deposit (which is refundable).We struggled a lot to get a good restaurant nearby no body from the WhatsApp group was answering queries about this.We managed to get some fruits. Woraburi Sukhumvit hotel : Even though some people would not like the hotel ,we liked the hotel really well, Breakfast was awesome. Day was over like that. Second day Safari world tour and lunch was awesome, But while traveling through safari park AC got faulty and for half an hour it was sweaty as hell. We struggled as it was not allowed to open window in the park. we reached back hotel and struggled as the previous night to get food. Day 3 was punctual and driver and guide arrived correctly, showe us golden and marble temple after we reached gems gallery and both of the staff and our guide made us to purchase feom there eved though we were refused to. and driver refused to stop for just 2 min to buy food . we reached hotel by noon and started to search for food we managed to have light meal and reached bangkok airport . From krabi airport driver picked us (he was on time) but he didnt know where our hotel was . We checked google map and found he was going the wrong way. We said that to him even though he is not understanding the language. finnaly managed to make him understand. We reached krabi hotel at 9 and no hotel was near to it. we managed to get food at the resort hotel (which was very expensive) which was about to close. Mandawee Resort and Spa was the best hotel through out the trip. there was promotional massage and was cheap(but we couldn't do because just stayed there for a night). paid 500 as security(refundable).Room was very beautiful with fruits and chocolates.after visiting 4 islands in krabi we returned back to hotel, checked out and got cab to phuket. after3 hrz of journey we reach Casa del M resort at phuket. Se people might disagree with me but this was the least liking hotel in the whole trip 1) There is a see through glass from room to bathroom which made it difficult to bath turning lights on. 2)no privacy in the room amd balcony since one can easily jump from one to another 3)no water bottle for a day 4)No wifi(only available at the hotel lobby( that too very poor speed) 5)Low light in the room(un able to read) 6)Room not decorated as the previous ones(they have done in day 2 ) 7)no small towels provided 8)since hotel is at higher altitude its very difficult job to walk to the hotel (steep road) Pros: 1)Break fast was awesome 2)Pool facility is good but its on the other side 3)Hotel at the fifth floor is good even its expensive 4)near by family mart and seven eleven store Hemant Goel from ananta tours was helpful in some cases but he never replied to my messages through out the trip. To book a personnel journey through support of internet was first time for me. I get full support every time, even on holiday and valuable guidance regarding making my plan. I should say there must be payment condition, pay 90% before journey and pay 10% after completion of journey. In my case Travel agency had hired Taxi from other source, hence every time Taxi Driver was asking further program to his company. Taxi agency had different view (To save KM) than my planed tour, so I had to passed through inconvenience. We enjoyed a lot at the Hotel Guncha Sidhhartha, Del Housie. The location of Hotel and wonderful view from hotel, vide Terrace gave us plenty opportunity to enjoy Dollhouse. Hill View will be ever in our minds.

To start with, I booked 7N/8D (3N Phuket, 2N Pattaya, and 2N Bangkok) trip with ASAP Holidays. I was engaged with Himanshu to plan the overall itinerary and at the initial level, he helped me a lot and cleared all my doubts. I booked my tickets from self and did a mistake with one of the passenger names and Himanshu identified that mistake and communicated to me the problem with my booking. Below hotels were planned for my trip and I would give the following rating Phuket -  Rating 2.5 out of 5 Casa del M Resort - Far away from main attraction i.e. Patong Beach and hotel is located at the high slope. Disappointed with this property selection. The hotel offered wifi but with pathetic range and you won't be able to access wifi @ rooms. No INDIA FOOD restaurant nearby and you have to walk a lot for Indian Food which is difficult after a hectic day trip to different islands. Hotel is offering Bike on rent in 500 Baht at the same time other shopkeepers are renting the same with 200-300 Baht. Breakfast was included in the package but no Indian dishes were there in breakfast and we had to eat Fruits, Juice and Plain rice. Pattaya - Rating 3 out of 5 Hotel Nova Gold - Far away from main attraction i.e. Pattaya Beach. Disappointed with this property selection. For breakfast, you have to visit another nearby property and they had few options available like Upma, Chhole, and Pakoda but the taste was not good. INDIAN FOOD restaurants are nearby. Bangkok - Rating 3 out of 5 Admiral Suites - Far away from main attraction i.e. Market place(Indira, Neon and other). Disappointed with this property selection. A lot of INDIAN FOOD restaurants nearby.  Breakfast was included in the package but no Indian dishes were there in breakfast and we had to eat Fruits, Juice and Plain rice. Himanshu suggested many day trips(Coral Island, Safari World) and updated me that it will consume a day time but to be very honest we were free by 5 PM in the evening and had plenty of time to cover other areas during evening and night time but because of his suggestion, we missed to cover more tourist attractions. In my itinerary, transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok was planned with Bangkok city tour(please be careful with this, I visited only one temple on the name of city tour and when I escalated this to Himanshu he was not ready to listen and informed me that in city tour we include 2 temples visit but they covered 1 temple visit and give me excuse of huge traffic and drop me to Hotel). I reached my Bangkok hotel at around 2 noon and had nothing to do for the entire day. This could be planned much better. I had a discussion with Himanshu and shared my experience that the visit was not as per discussion but he was not listening and updating me that he checked with his team and they covered that was discussed and as per itinerary.  Overall, I would say Himanshu is soft-spoken and during the discussion, you would trust him but later on will face issues like I faced and will waste time in Hotel only or you have to spend extra money from pocket to visit places from your own. Improvement is required on right hotel selection i.e. hotels near to tourist attractions and giving itinerary as per actual discussion.
