The planning of our trip was just decided and accordingly updated our requirements in Travel triangle and within short time we got the quotes and we were about to compare the quotes, but received calls from the respective tour operators and gave the confidence that everything related to our trip will be taken care. That's it in no time we booked our trip. Clipago Travels quote was the best and the services provided by them was upto the mark. Had originally planned this trip for Feb 2024, our 40 th Anniversary but for unavoidable reasons we had to postpone to April and still we had a wonderful time this occasion being 60th Birthday. The travel Agent services were very satisfying and timely communication by whatsapp association through group established for proper coordination. Two local tours organized by Travelopedia through local partners and all the transfers, one night in Phuket all went well as planned.

Recently we went to Thailand (Pattaya (Coral Island), Phuket (Phi Phi Island & James Bond Island) & Bangkok (City Temple & Safari World)). Great experience booking with Navigatio Asia Holidays very co-operative even provided suggestions for the entire trip by Parul and even added a person on the last minute. Parul, Tarun and the entire ground team were very helpful and supportive throughout the trip. Updates were given on daily basis. In short everything was excellent. All things were well planned. Local transportation vedor that my travel agent booked were excellent. Very professional. Travel agent wad also very active in replying to any concern over whatsapp/call.

We had a wonderful trip to Vietnam and cambodia. It was organized very nicely by Asia authentic travels and coordinated by Rossie.All the tours and hotels were great. Cruise in Halong bay and Angyor wat temple

We took a package for 10 days. Our agent Jade from Namaste Vietnam was very helpful and gave all the necessary information timely. She also accommodated all our reasonable requests and went above and beyond to arrange a surprise birthday cake for me in the hotel. One thing that we did not like is the guided tours because they are always in hurry and does not let us spend time in one place. We actually had to spend extra to get private transfer in the last guided tour to actually enjoy the place. Next time we will make sure not to include any guided tours in the trip. Having private transfers and then exploring the place on our own is the best option. However, that's upon us because we chose the guided tour in first place. Otherwise the trip was amazing. The cruise on Halong Bay was perfect.

Travel agent was very helpful The hotel was not good No services Lift was not working many times He gave us 8th floor where we had to walk

Hannah helped us in multiple changes to hotel and itinerary. She came up with the best package. 5 stars for Hannah and her service 5 stars for all the hotels and tours included in the package 3.5 stars for La Pandora Cruise, its not the same as it looks in the picture.

In terms of constructive feedback, it's worth noting that Vietjet Airlines consistently experiences delays, which could impact travelers' plans and schedules. Additionally, while the Cu Chi tunnels were a fascinating visit, some travelers might consider Mekong Delta as optional, as it may not align with everyone's interests. Overall, our experience with Namaste Vietnam exceeded our expectations, thanks to Alice's outstanding service and the well-planned itinerary that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of Vietnam. One of the most cherished aspects of our journey was the genuine warmth of the people we encountered. Immersing ourselves in their rich history provided profound insights and appreciation. We relished the culinary delights of vegan restaurants, while the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay and the serene atmosphere of My Khe Beach left lasting impressions.
