    Over all experience was OK. But telhere were 3 4 issue in the trip. 1. It was said by travel triangle agent khushi that your C fee has been waived off, but at the tillme of fimal payment she and the team denied completely. This was very bad from their side. 2. When it was asked to book hotels where Veg breakfast should be there but out of 3 hotels 2 hotels were not having veg breakfast.. only breads were there. 3. Travel agents have not informed about the security deposit in each hotels.. hotels have charged 2000 baht as security deposite. As checked with other customers in hotels they were not asked for deposits, as land package includes hotels also, so if there was any deposit then it should be included and informed in starting. 4. Why customer email id is not given for any updates.. our flight no. got changed and we were not informed about. This was very serious issue.. Trip was good. Enjoyed.. but it could be more better as more places could be covered as more leisure time was given.

    The trip was very well executed in terms of punctuality and pick up and drop facilities. There was a specific issue I would like to highlight. The lunch provided from the boat operators during poda island tour and Phi phi island tours was absolutely not acceptable for vegetarians. They only had rice and salad for vegetarian eaters. This definitely needs improvement and thoughtfulness. Also for snorkelling there was no guidance provided from boat operators. It was only for people who knew how to swim. Sunset at Poda island

    The trip overall was really good, and we had a great time exploring the destinations. Thank you for organizing everything smoothly. Just a small suggestion—the hotel in Krabi felt a bit compact for a family room, and the air conditioning wasn’t working well, which did affect the comfort slightly. Also, since it was our first time visiting, it would have been really helpful if someone could have given us a brief about the key places we were going to see. The drivers were polite but not very communicative, which made it a little difficult to get information during the journey.     We were extremely disappointed with hotels at Hanoi and Hochi man city. We booked 4 star but the standard was like 2 star.     One day should be kept completely free at each destination. In our trip half a day was planned, due to daily tours one doesn't get anytime to experience the city by walk and explore. Also last leg ie HCM in my tour wasn't planned as well as Hanoi wnd DaNang, as a result, there was no time to visit CuChi tunnels, war museum etc. it seemed the agent had got tired and didn't prioritise or was not well versed with HCM city leaving these war memorials optional. Ha Long Bay Cruise. Ninh Binh boat ride. Bana Hills, Hoi An Ancient town. Shopping and Hop on Hop Off bus tours in Hanoi and HCM city

Right from the day one of raising enquiry on Travel Triangle to the day of finishing trip, Jenna Phuong was very responsive and helped us in every step. The trip went very well, hotels booked were very good, local tours arranged were also very good. She was reachable through out the trip for any help and guidance.     Overall it was good. If the travel triangle people were more interactive then the agents… the holiday could be more comfortable. There was lots of confusion where agent forgot to book hotel and was asking us last home to share hotel cost. Miscommunication on billing amount.
