Navya's 5 days trip to DubaiVery well organised Every lap of the journey was a memory !
Puthusserirajan's 6 days trip to DubaiThere was hardly any communication by the agent prior to the trip, except regarding payment. Even a request for a small change in the itinerary needed reminders from my side to comply. At the destination, the drivers never turned up on time, thereby cutting down on the program, especially during city tour and visit to Dubai mall. There were just two stops during the city tour, a 15 minutes one at Jumaira beach and a 5 minutes phoho stop at palm island. This, I believe, was because of clubbing of two different types of programs together and delay in picking up in the morning. Even in the evening the tour guide was very particular in returning from the Dubai mall at 7.30 pm itself, leaving us with hardly any time to explore the mall. I have confirmed from other tour groups that they had many more stops during the city tour and their return from the mall was just before pm. The driver who took us to Global village left us far away from the entrance saying there is too much of rush towards the entrance gate and left us without any briefing on the return pick up that was to be done by another driver. This act of the driver coused us too much of avoidable walking. Since all payments were made well in advance, tickets to miracle garden could have been purchased and kept ready, rather than making us to wait for about 45 minutes in the scorching sun for the driver to buy the ticket. Our return pick up to the airport was scheduled for 12.30 to 12.40 p.m. Since I had to meet a friend at the airport, I requested to prepone the pick up time by 30 minutes. Even though this request was made on the previous day itself, the driver ultimately turned up at 12.55 pm. Overall, I am not at all satisfied about the services provided and will never recommend this agency to any of my friends or relatives.
Rekhaa's 5 days trip to DubaiOur land package for Dubai trip was planned by Timeless Trips via Traveltriangle. They did a pretty good job in organizing everything. Though it was a big group of 20, everyone was happy with their services.
Tarandeep's 5 days trip to DubaiOverall trip was good....Desert Safari spoilt the mood.....camp was poor and food was pathetic during the Safari.....rest all was fine. Abu Dhabi tour was a memorable one and guide was really nice person.
Ghoshreshmi's 6 days trip to DubaiOut of five only two availed the trip. For the rest it is postponed due to some unavoidable situation. However as per account of Ratna Chaudhuri they missed Burj Khalifa as tickets send on WA late and there was network issue. Besides the first driver was quite rude and reluctant. Later during desert safari a v good driver and guide was provided. Hotel service was v good. For senior citizens more care on the part of travel agency was required.
