The Dubai Fountain- An engineering marvel

The Burj Khalifa fountain is truly an engineering marvel which consists of several high-pressure water jets and shooters. These shooters spray up to 22,000 gallons of water in the air at one time when the performance by the fountains is on. The fountain has the beam of light which can be seen even at a distance of over 20 miles away.

The Dubai fountain comprises of five circles that are designed with varied sizes spreading across two acres. The lights shine at their full glory as the music plays and leaves the fountains swaying to its melodies. The Dubai Fountain is a complete charm that leaves every visitor bewildered with the creation. The fountain was designed by Wet Design, a California based company in the year 2009. The fountains also show some lively animations during the dance performance which certainly is a breathtaking view for every tourist.

 Dubai Fountain Show: Spend an Evening by the Dubai Fountain

The fountain performs to a wide range of songs coming from Arabic and world music. If you would really like to enjoy the Dubai Fountain like how a true tourist does, then just get to one of the restaurants by the lakeside early and catch your seat to view the entire fountain show at your ease.

 The performances start in the evening from 6 pm and go all the way up to 11 pm. Each performance lasts for 5 minutes making it short and vibrant. Dancing fountain in Dubai performances are completely free and you can view them from various locations around Downtown Dubai. As soon as it gets time for the shows to start, thousands of visitors get out of the malls making their way to the waterfront which makes it get very crowded.

 Dubai Fountain Lake Ride

Set sail on an Abra (traditional boat) for an exciting ride on the Burj Lake to watch the Dubai Fountain show up close. On this wooden boat ride for 30 minutes, tourists can enjoy the illuminating lights and music of the fountain show. Each boat can accommodate up to 6 people.
