In contrast, Kings Hotel, Ocean Pearl, and Pearl Park were excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, and staff behaviour. Driver Behaviour – We faced issues with one of the drivers in Neil island who started speaking singular to elderly people for being 5 minutes late to his pick up also who had serious anger and attitude problems. Such behaviour towards customers is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to ensure a better travel experience in the future. Despite these incidents, we appreciate the efforts of the Umang Travels team and Mr. Mohit for making most parts of our trip memorable.
