The Silicon Valley of India is well connected to the rest of the world and the rest of India. Bangalore is one of the newer metro cities and has excellent connectivity both in India and outside India. One can easily go from Bangalore to Paro as the connectivity between India and Bhutan has always been great.

By Air: Druk air and Bhutan airlines do not operate from Paro International airport to Bangalore, and as such, there is no Bangalore to Paro flights. Alternatively, one can travel from Bangalore to Bagdogra and then catch a flight from Bagdogra to Paro. One can also catch a flight to Guwahati airport and take the train to New Alipurdar and then further travel by road which is much more exhausting.

By Rail: There are no railway networks between India and Bhutan, and therefore it is impossible to reach Paro by rail from Bangalore or any other part of the country. One can take a train from Bangalore to Kolkata. The 1900+ km journey will take 30-34 h to complete, and one can then catch another train to Hasimara and then carry on by road to enter Bhutan and travel to Paro.

By Road: The distance between Bangalore and Paro is 2690 km. The journey from Bangalore to Paro is of more than 55 hours and is an incredibly taxing endeavour. For people with enough time and resilience, the road trip may be an option, for the average tourist, the travel by road is not the best of ways to reach Paro, Bhutan.
