On the other hand, AD Tours & Travels, and especially our travel consultant Seema, were exceptional. Seema went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. The hotels chosen were fantastic, the vehicle provided was comfortable, and our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a small issue with our guide, Mr. Tashi, but Seema quickly addressed it, demonstrating excellent customer care. Overall, AD Tours & Travels saved the experience for us with their dedicated service, but Travel Triangle’s lack of follow-up and support was disappointing. I highly recommend AD Tours & Travels for their professionalism, but I hope Travel Triangle improves its post-booking customer engagement in the future.
