Trip to MaldivesThings are very exiting. We enjoyed a lot , its a whole new experience. Awesome place for vacation, different cuisine to try. The only difficulty we had was during the time of Resort checkin at the Airport. The Speed boat transfer person denied to board the boat as the payment was not received by the Resort. I had to contact the travel agent multiple times and after few hours the confirmation was made and then we started our journey.

Trip to SingaporeI am glad to write this testimonial for Travelpark. I had planned for 10 day trip to Singapore and Malaysia. Preethi from Travelpark coordinated our Itinerary plan. She had great deal of knowledge of Singapore and Malaysian attractions and suggested what to combine for a day. I also had many last minute changes to the itinerary, she patiently made changes as requested. I would suggest all Travel Triangle users to use this agency for smooth and peaceful trip. The rates for the entire trip is very reasonable.

Trip to MaldivesA great holiday indeed! Travel Triangle was very prompt in following up on shared quotes, sending options and finalizing from the options. The resort we selected was Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi in the Maldives. We had booked 3 nights beach villa and 1 night Ocean Villa with an all Inclusive package. As a customer, during the package discussion, I had been insisting on adding some inclusions like Dolphin Safari, Jet Ski ride, and spa sessions as I had read in reviews that this particular resort offers them as part of the package. I got the vouchers and was very happy to see Sunrise safari, JetSki ride and Spa session for both of us. However, when we reached the resort, first we were told they will have to look into the inclusions, then they said the travel agent has canceled the inclusions, TT guys said the resort has the right to cancel and they had done. There was a passing the buck game that was played and all it lead to was a feeling of betrayal. Though everything else was good and we enjoyed the vacation. If TT claims they are world-class, they have to make sure everything mentioned in the voucher has to be honored. A voucher issued is a contract between them and the customer and even the inclusions are paid for. Dishonoring any service is a breach of contract.
