Amitkumar's 12 days trip to Himachal

For Travel in Ease team: We did a 10 day trip with travel on ease from manali to amritsar covering kasol, bir, dharmshala and Dalhousie in between. They provided us with amazing service with a private cab that was with us throughout these ten days and 5 days of hotel stay in which breakfast and dinner was included. The properties that they booked were good except for Dharamshala however food included at each of the properties is worth mentioning. They had a well planned itinerary in which they covered all the attraction points. We had a couple trip and we were so much at ease because of their service. Also will like to say that the driver Ajay Thakur that we got is the best. So professional and humble. If we ever travel to north again we will go with travel ease. Special shout out to Baby Dharta for planning and coordinating the trip. Cheers to Sahil from Admin team and again Ajay for being an amazing driver cum guide. For Travel triangle team: Service needs to improve as there was no person from TT team to coordinate with throughout the trip, kept on calling but no response!

Hotel booked in Dalhousie was an excellent hotel. Highly satisfied with the choice of hotel for Dalhousie. Unfortunately graph went down in Dharmashala and hotel of Amritsar was not at all good property. The property in Amritsar doesn't even have a door. There are just windows through which you get in. Not recommended at all. Dalhousie. khajar and Driver that you had arranged. Those were best parts of the trip. Driver became our family member ! He is one of the best drivers I have ever came across including the one I use daily for my office trips. God bless him !

Tushar's 10 days trip to Himachal

My experience with Travel Triangle was mostly great. The hotels were pleasant, and the cab driver was excellent and very cooperative, making my trip more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. First, I was informed that my sedan would have a luggage carrier, but it was not provided. Secondly, I felt uncomfortable with the follow-up from Mr. Vikas regarding the last payment installment, as it gave the impression that I was not interested in paying. Even after settling the payment at the Amritsar hotel, I was asked to pay again for charges that Travel Triangle had not cleared with the hotel. These issues slightly tarnished an otherwise wonderful experience.

Krishna's 6 days trip to Himachal

This was our was first trip-planning with Travel Triangle, and we got to connect with Ms Urmila - our travel agent from The Ideal Tours. She is very sincere in her approach and designed the itinerary nicely. Travel Triangle was also very much cooperative and kept their commitment. Our full trip was awesome, we ( myself, my husband and our son) enjoyed a lot, We visited Amritsar, Dharamshala and Dalhousie. Visited the much awaited Golden temple and Wagha Border parade. Enjoyed the mesmerizing scenic beauty of nature , including the life-time experience of paragliding. The hotel room in Amritsar was congested and lacked in proper ventilation, though the staffs were very amicable. They served 3 bottles of free mineral water to us while we checked out, The hotels in Dharamshala and Dalhousie were very nice , with picturesque beauty and amicable stuffs. All thanks to our trip guide Sunakshi Sharma from Travel Triangle and our travel agent Ms Urmila. Our Driver Mr. Kanhaiya was cooperative and guided us throughout the trip. Our car was having some problem with the AC. When this problem was reported to Ms Urmila, she took this matter seriously and replaced the car at Dharamshala, which is much appreciated. They were always in touch with us during the trip. Kudos to the team. We would definitely recommend Travel Triangle - The Ideal Tours to our friends and relatives. Thank you. - Krishna Ghoshal

We had a trip plan for Dharamsala- Dalbousie-Amritsar. The stay was good in Dharamsala & Dalhousie but in Amritsar the hotel was horrible. The restaurant there was not clean and unhygienic. Water was dripping from AC. Rooms were not cleaned. In Dharamsala the restaurant was too good with excellent service. Cab & driver was polite and good in behaviour. Travel agent had supported but good to much better. Some where there was a gap in communication. Overall the trip was good. The travel in Dalhousie & Dharamsala.

Sandeep's 6 days trip to Himachal

Diksha was our travel agent from travel triangle who planned the iternairy, she was quite flexible to accept our change requests based on my needs. We were given multiple hotel options to pick and choose, she also followed up the entire tour to check if we are doing fine and enjoying the trip. We enjoyed the trip, the hotels were good with good scenic view as demanded. Food was also very good at the hotels. Only issue is tourist places are far off and you spend more time in travelling . I would suggest to book for 6 night and 7 days incase you are planning for Amritsar, Dalhousie and Dharamshala

I had the pleasure of working with Anju from Travel Triangle to organize a remarkable 9-day trip to Himachal, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, Anju’s dedication and expertise were evident. She crafted a flawless itinerary that perfectly matched our needs, ensuring our stay was serene and beautiful. What truly set Anju apart was her exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. Just two days before the end of our trip, we asked if she could help us plan a visit to Amritsar on the fly. Not only did she accommodate this request seamlessly, but she also made sure the new plans were executed flawlessly. Her commitment to our safety and satisfaction was evident as she remained reachable even outside her normal working hours, including nights and holidays. Our group was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience, and much of the credit goes to Anju’s meticulous planning and genuine care. If you're looking for a travel agent who goes above and beyond, Anju is your go-to professional.
