Advice ppl to keep max 7 day trip as more than 7 nights it become tiring. Kuwait airlines is not very good, have lot of delays , food also is very average. Activities like hop on hop off should be done on non travelling day and agent should plan them accordingly. Brussels hotel was not a very good one. average rooms and cleanliness. Bruge and Gent day tour was great. Brussels atomium museum was good, can include few more museums with atomium as it not more than 3 hrs activity. Mini europe is mostly for ppl of young age. Amsterdam was great in terms of activities we were able to do. Night pass was completely unusable, most of night clubs were permanently closed or temporarily closed, pls update the list and give the surely open on top. Country side tour was great. Paris hop on hop off is good too but not all location are worthy to visit at all. Cruise activity free with hop on hop off bus tour is very average, long waiting time with normal cruise. Not a very good activity as per my experience. Better to find some other activities in Paris. Paris hotel location was not best , was able to find hotel near to center in same price.

Travel associate Prashant was very helpful. He was always reachable and was able to resolve the issues quickly. We did not face any major issues. However, few feedbacks on the hotel. Hotel Art de congress in Paris was not upto the mark. The staff was not helpful. Our room AC did not work. Even after complaining for 2 days they never corrected it. Also the toaster in the brekfast room was not working and even after complaining they did not correct it for 2 days. We had pathetic experience at this hotel. Other hotels were fine. We recommend hub holidays and Prashanth for the europe trips. Thank you for making our trip the memorable one. Firstly, thank you very much Rohit and Prashant in helping us have a great experience during our stay in Paris, Brussels & Amsterdam. The whole experience was really great right from the beginning until the end of the trip. Rohit helped us get good price for the trip, which included the hotel stay and sight seeing, the hotel was more then enough for a couple with the staff being really nice and friendly an was accessible to most of the train and bus stations. He also helped us getting the tickets for most of the sight seeing. Rohit & Prashant was always reachable at any given time and assisted in all possible way. Thought it was a hectic trip but Rohit had helped us with the above things as we wanted to do everything. Also unexpectedly there was a situation with us, Etihad airways were not able to issue our return boarding pass due to Jet Airways(which is closed company) connecting flight from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai. Special thanks to Prashant, he sorted things with Etihad Airways(IST midnight) and got us seats on next connecting flight to India from Abu Dhabi. Really thank you Rohit & Prashant for supporting us throughout the trip and I would really want to approach him in future. SHUBHAM was a really great and helpful person , who managed all our bookings and planned our day to day activities on our trip . SHUBHAM and PRASHANT became my friend , i also dont know how this bond created , even we did not know each other face to face . Someone has rightly said Your behavior should demonstrate you . We are on a long travel for 9N 10D . We visited Madrid , Zaragoza , Seville , Malaga , Ibiza and Amsterdam . Truly speaking this was our best trip with my friends . We did scuba diving and Enjoyed nightlife of amsterdam and done many more activities . In starting we booked the hotel , but after visa we told Shubham not to book hotels as were not sure how many days we will stay at particular place , Shubham and Prashant was so humble in nature they agreed our opinion and they suffered loss due to cancellation of hotel at the end movement they Cancelled the hotel and refund the hotel amount , They provided there service by going out of box which is rare for any travel agent and for this I really appreciate Prahant and Shubham . They also helped us in getting visa , which is very tough for bachelors to get visa . Shubham helped very well in assistance of visa formalities also . We have planned a family trip to Europe. We got an offer from Hubholiday.com through Travel Triangle. Mr Rohit of hubholiday suggested an appropriate itinerary to suit our time and budget. We spent 3 night each at Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland (2 at Lucerne and 1 at Zurich). The itinerary was optimum and comfortable. The hotel stay was awesome. Location was very near to Metro/ public transport at Amsterdam, Lucerne and Zurich and at a reasonable distance at Paris. We have enjoyed the stay and Breakfast at the hotels. Sightseeing at Amsterdam and Paris was provided through the pre booked tickets, which was quite satisfactory. At Switzerland every part was covered through the Swiss pass. Drop and Pick-up to/from airport was timely in comfortable and spacious cars/Vans. Plenty space for the luggage. Selections of the international flights and internal travel arrangements were trouble free and seamless. Timings and selection of flight/train was very satisfactory. And finally Mr Rohit, the tour master, was very active and very keen to listen from us throughout the preparation and tour duration. He was always available and open to short out the issues, if any. Europe trip covering Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels went soothing and comfortable due to well planned itenary by this agency. We had a pleasant stay at all three places and enjoyed all the trips given to us by hub holidays. Though Brussel hotel was little low expectation and Paris hotel we got was quite far from the city attractions still it was ok, as we get to have public transports available in all places, however, Amsterdam hotel Leonardo rembrandpark was outstanding as per location and hotel facility, we enjoyed our stay there, overall, it was a pleasant trip and all the things provided by the agency were decent and reasonable. I specially want to thank our agent here - Dolly Wadhwa from Hub Holiday who really had to work out as per our expectation and all the changes she had to make for our trip...and almost everyday she did the follow up to know if everything was going fine and if any help required...good work she had done. Europe - Amsterdam, Paris & Switzerland (Lucerne, Interlaken, Zurich). The trip was for 10 Days and 9 Nights. We got a very competitive offer from Hubholiday.com through Travel Triangle. Mr. Prashant from Hubholiday suggested a very good itinerary to suit our time and budget. The best part was the freedom to customize the itinerary as per our convenience and liking. The provided hotels were very good and were centrally located - all near / in the vicinity of the Metro stations. He was kind enough to provide us Flight and Hotel upgrades without any cost implication 5 days prior to our departure. Though the hotel in Paris was a bit compact, the one in Interlaken, Switzerland was just superb. From the sightseeing point of view, almost everything was covered with pre-booked vouchers - with all the details provided. In Switzerland, the Swiss Pass covered all the local transport (buses/trains/boat rides) including the Mount Titlis Tour. Prashant Ji from HubHoliday was available round the clock for solving any problems and assisting us with our queries (even in the middle of the night - we always wondered when he sleeps :P) His knowledge of the place helped us plan and travel better including the choice of the hotels. We can't thank him enough for all his support and guidance. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
