Authentic Traveler Reviews

Kiran's 9 days trip to Europe

Travel Triangle agent Anupama was helpful in arranging the calls with vendors as per our budget. After short listing a Few, we decided to go with Rocking trip and was engaged with Raman and Aman. The package was reasonable and had good coverage. It covered all the hot destinations and was well below the budget. It included Disneyland, Direct pass to Eiffel Tower, cruise passes, Paris city hop off hop on, Brussels Atomium pass, Amsterdam club passes, hop off hop on passes, etc. Raman and Aman helped us with end to end bookings. All the destinations covered were customised and Rocking trip helped us accommodate our needs as per the budget. And we truly appreciate it. The Hotel Rooms in Paris and Brussels were comfortable, however, the hotel in Amsterdam, "Central Park" was too compact and was not maintained well. However, procuring the visa through the agent, "Udaan" was a nightmare. Yaseen was extremely unhelpful in assisting us with visa, though they charged a very high amount and to our dismay the visa was rejected too. However, Shahrukh from Rocking Trip was very helpful in visa assistance and helped us get the visa.

Sanghamitra's 7 days trip to Egypt

The booking for Egypt was fantastic. I highly recommend Urban adventures with which you guys have coordinated for the tours. But extremely dissapointed with France and Amsterdam Tour. 1. Louvre Museum ticket was not accepted by security which made me again get in line and buy a ticket. So double amount spent. When i reached out to the holiday aces team no one responded. 2. City tour is just a ride around the city where you wont be getting down at any stop. You wont get time to click pics from the bus also. Not recommended. Better to do it on your own. I wish this was explained to me by the team well in advance so that i can plan my own sightseeing. 3. 3 day City travel passes provided by holiday aces was not accepted by any , had to purchase on my own. 4. Holiday aces failed to mention that check in time for hotel in amsterdam is 4pm and booked me a train at 8:25am leaving me stranded outside hotel for 4 hours. Hotel staff mentioned check in cannot be done before the booked time. 5. Even though booking was done 11 months before the trip, lot of valuable information was forgotten to be provided by Holiday Aces. I had to keep texting them and following up numerous times and sometimes will not get responses for days. Last day before departure i was told Rotterdam cannot be done instead of giving me advanced notice so i can find a different plan. Not recommended. Highly dissatisfied.

Tushar's 9 days trip to Europe

Europe - Amsterdam, Paris & Switzerland (Lucerne, Interlaken, Zurich). The trip was for 10 Days and 9 Nights. We got a very competitive offer from Hubholiday.com through Travel Triangle. Mr. Prashant from Hubholiday suggested a very good itinerary to suit our time and budget. The best part was the freedom to customize the itinerary as per our convenience and liking. The provided hotels were very good and were centrally located - all near / in the vicinity of the Metro stations. He was kind enough to provide us Flight and Hotel upgrades without any cost implication 5 days prior to our departure. Though the hotel in Paris was a bit compact, the one in Interlaken, Switzerland was just superb. From the sightseeing point of view, almost everything was covered with pre-booked vouchers - with all the details provided. In Switzerland, the Swiss Pass covered all the local transport (buses/trains/boat rides) including the Mount Titlis Tour. Prashant Ji from HubHoliday was available round the clock for solving any problems and assisting us with our queries (even in the middle of the night - we always wondered when he sleeps :P) His knowledge of the place helped us plan and travel better including the choice of the hotels. We can't thank him enough for all his support and guidance. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance to plan your next holiday and you won't be disappointed :)

Varun's 8 days trip to Europe

Europe trip covering Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels went soothing and comfortable due to well planned itenary by this agency. We had a pleasant stay at all three places and enjoyed all the trips given to us by hub holidays. Though Brussel hotel was little low expectation and Paris hotel we got was quite far from the city attractions still it was ok, as we get to have public transports available in all places, however, Amsterdam hotel Leonardo rembrandpark was outstanding as per location and hotel facility, we enjoyed our stay there, overall, it was a pleasant trip and all the things provided by the agency were decent and reasonable. I specially want to thank our agent here - Dolly Wadhwa from Hub Holiday who really had to work out as per our expectation and all the changes she had to make for our trip...and almost everyday she did the follow up to know if everything was going fine and if any help required...good work she had done. I would definitely recommend this agency for the organized trips.

Anil's 10 days trip to Europe

We have planned a family trip to Europe. We got an offer from Hubholiday.com through Travel Triangle. Mr Rohit of hubholiday suggested an appropriate itinerary to suit our time and budget. We spent 3 night each at Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland (2 at Lucerne and 1 at Zurich). The itinerary was optimum and comfortable. The hotel stay was awesome. Location was very near to Metro/ public transport at Amsterdam, Lucerne and Zurich and at a reasonable distance at Paris. We have enjoyed the stay and Breakfast at the hotels. Sightseeing at Amsterdam and Paris was provided through the pre booked tickets, which was quite satisfactory. At Switzerland every part was covered through the Swiss pass. Drop and Pick-up to/from airport was timely in comfortable and spacious cars/Vans. Plenty space for the luggage. Selections of the international flights and internal travel arrangements were trouble free and seamless. Timings and selection of flight/train was very satisfactory. And finally Mr Rohit, the tour master, was very active and very keen to listen from us throughout the preparation and tour duration. He was always available and open to short out the issues, if any. Overall the experience was nice and vacations were memorable. A K Bist Mumbai.

Aaloka's 7 days trip to Europe

Booked my trip through Travel Traingle and they suggested a bouquet of agents I could book through. So I had some travel companies get in touch. Helped me compare itineraries and costs. I finalized on Duniya Safari. My experience was awesome. They were professional and added a personal touch too. The vouchers and bookings were send. Any queries I had were answered. Had an awesome trip. Paris- Brussels- Amsterdam. Hotels were located centrally. A day prior the itinerary for the next day was send by them to help us plan accordingly. Special thanks to Arindham and Anasua from Duniya Safari. Whenever we encountered any glitch out there, the guys at Duniya Safari were accessible and constantly in touched.
