Unforgettable Family Vacation to Langkawi, Malaysia & Singapore with e-Tour Partners My family and I recently embarked on a 2-week journey to Langkawi, Malaysia, and Singapore, and I can honestly say it was an experience we’ll never forget! We chose to book our trip through e-Tour Partners, and the entire experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the team at e-Tour Partners, especially Simi and Gurjeet, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional experience truly stood out. We had seamless travel, comfortable accommodations, and a well-planned itinerary that allowed us to explore and enjoy both destinations to the fullest. Langkawi was a tropical paradise, and Singapore was a vibrant city full of culture and innovation. Both locations offered incredible experiences that we’ll cherish forever, and the memories created were made even more special thanks to Simi and Gurjeet’s personal touch. A huge thank you to them for making our family vacation not only stress-free but also unforgettable. I highly recommend e-Tour Partners for anyone looking to travel with peace of mind and a touch of personalized care.

Vishal's 5 days trip to Rajasthan

We recently chose services for first time from back to holidays for our trip to Rajasthan, and while there were some positive aspects, unfortunately, our overall experience was not as smooth as we had hoped. Issues with Driver and Vehicle The driver and vehicle provided were from Uttar Pradesh, not Rajasthan. As a result, the driver had no local knowledge, which caused significant delays and confusion. For instance, upon our arrival at Udaipur airport, it took 30-40 minutes for the driver to locate us, despite being at the airport gate. We were with six children and had to direct him over the phone repeatedly. Throughout the trip, the lack of local knowledge meant we had to rely on Google Maps to reach destinations. This consumed extra time and added unnecessary stress. Inaccuracies in Itinerary The itinerary mentioned an elephant ride near the Birla Temple, which was not there it was near amber fort and due to this details we missed that. This was a major disappointment, especially for the children who were looking forward to it. Sightseeing in Udaipur was poorly planned. For example: Jagdish Temple, listed for Day 2, should have been included on Day 1 as it is adjacent to Jagmandir Palace. Due to this misalignment, we had to waste time traveling across the city on Day 2, which resulted in skipping Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aquarium. Hotel Experiences Devi Palace, Udaipur: This hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, providing detailed guidance for local sightseeing. The breakfast and meals were also outstanding. The Lighthouse, Jaipur: Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. The staff was rude, unresponsive to feedback, and the breakfast quality was subpar. We decided against having any meals here. What ever ratings we have given to the hotels are only to devi palace we consider poor rating to the light house. We enjoyed, our stay at Devi Palace, the overall experience was spoiled by the lack of local expertise, misinformation in the itinerary, and disappointing accommodations in Jaipur. We hope you consider this feedback to improve your services for future travelers.

Praveenjjp's 5 days trip to Andaman

Quoting and planning the trip by Alka was good, and it was well executed by on field agent Surjit was perfect and that was equally matched by the Cab services provided to us on on time always. Loved the stay at Symphony Palm beach resort and food at charcoal restaurant was excellent. but was disappointed on the closure of the Elephant Beach due to bad weather/road. over all the experience was good. Stay @ J Hotel helped us to travel less round the city of port blair, Cab service was on time always, briefing by Surjit was perfect.

Ajay's 5 days trip to Goa

It was a good experience to stay at Hotel. The hotel rooms were quite spacious and provided good services, there are some areas that could be improved. The location was a highlight, making it easy for me to move around the city. However, I felt that room service, dinner in buffet and amenity could be enhanced to better meet the needs of guests. Overall, I would say that The Karishma Grand provides decent value for the price. With some tweaks to their services, I believe they have the potential to exceed guest expectations.

5 star We recently returned from an incredible trip to Australia, all thanks to the amazing team at Wanderbird Holidays! From start to finish, the planning was seamless, with every detail thoughtfully handled by Raunak and the team. We enjoyed every moment, and it was so reassuring to have their consistent support and guidance along the way. The personalised recommendations for each city by Raunak, on top of the customised itinerary made by Meenakshi, made our experience even more amazing, and knowing they were just a call away during our travels gave us complete peace of mind. Abhijith's 6 days trip to Vietnam

I recently had an amazing 9-day trip to Vietnam, covering Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. A big thanks to Lila Dao from S Vietnam Trips for planning and customizing our itinerary, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Her support, along with Michael and his team’s prompt assistance during the trip. Here’s a detailed review of our experience: Transportation: The arrangements were excellent and we faced no issues throughout our journey. Accommodation: The stays were comfortable overall, except for the last one in Ho Chi Minh City, which was below expectations. Food: The food provided at the hotels was average. However, the food at Ba Na Hills was exceptional and stood out as a highlight. Tour Guides: The tour guides were average. While some did their best, many simply directed us to destinations without sharing much information about the places, leaving us wanting more engaging explanations. Halong Bay Cruise: Place was great but the cruise we got was small and lacked activities, especially during the sunset party we had been looking forward to. We spent most of the 24-hour cruise either docked or on smaller boats, with only about 2 hours of actual cruising. This could definitely be improved. Ba Na Hills Visit: Although the place was incredible, we were given very limited time to explore. Arriving at 12 PM and being asked to leave by 4 PM didn’t allow enough time to fully experience the attractions, especially considering the crowd. Extending the visit time would have made a huge difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain aspects. Thanks again to S Vietnam Trips for their efforts in making this vacation special!
