Incredible Bali & Mount Ijen Trip Planned by Shashank and We Must Travels! We recently returned from an amazing trip to Bali, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Shashank from We Must Travels! He was our travel consultant and made this entire experience truly unforgettable. We had a complex itinerary in mind, including a visit to Mount Ijen (Blue Fire) in Java, which most other travel agencies were unable to arrange. Shashank, however, made it happen effortlessly, and the entire experience was absolutely breathtaking! One of the highlights of our trip was exploring North Bali, a part of the island that is often overlooked by tourists who mainly visit the south. North Bali is a hidden gem with beautiful landscapes, fewer crowds, and it turned out to be an even better experience for us! We also went snorkeling in Menjangan, which was truly incredible—a must-do for anyone visiting Bali. We explored some of Bali's most beautiful waterfalls, and the stays were carefully selected to suit our preferences—we didn’t want high-end restaurants or extravagant hotels, and Shashank worked closely with us to reduce the total quotation by choosing comfortable, decent accommodations that fit our budget. This level of flexibility and care was really appreciated. Additionally, we were able to find great vegetarian food throughout Bali, which was a huge relief for us. The driver provided by the agency was also fantastic—super friendly, flexible with our plans, and always punctual. The accommodations, tours, and experiences were well-organized, and everything flowed perfectly according to the plan. I was very skeptical about pre booking of Taxi service as I have had not great experience at Mumbai and recent trip to Goa around 3 months ago where I had booked taxi from the hotel affiliated Taxi service. But Thanks a lot Sameer Sharma my booking coordinator from Bindas Trip Goa who went miles to make our stay comfortable and arranged a beautiful travel experience at Goa. First thing, the Cab was a Air conditioned Swift Dzire, very neat and clean. The cab used to arrive punctually at our Hotel and the Driver Mr. Sandeep Chavan was very polite. Best part, he used to be our city guide also as he explained a lot of History about the various buildings and locations around the city. It seemed that he knows each and every corner of North Goa, South Goa and Upper Goa which was our travel plan for 3 days. Secondly we were traveling with my 4 year kid. We never felt that he drove rough or rash. Finally I would Like to thank Shri Premanand Jee, Thanks a lot the whole team of Mr. Sameer Sharma, Shri Premanand jee and Shri Sandeep Chavan Jee for making the trip one of our most memorable trips.

I had planned this trip for my parents and it's been a wonderful experience. I wanted to especially thank my agent Firdaus, who was literally available anytime of the day and helped me out everytime. One improvement I will share on the South Goa itinerary which can include few more places, if the time permits. In our case, parents were able to cover everything in 5 hrs (total duration of 8 hrs) so they had to return. Otherwise, cabs, arrangements, food was top notch.

Raj personally suggested for COCHICHOS RESORT, VAGATOR, The Family Resort as it was full of greenery, beautiful premises, peaceful place,good maintenance, tasty food.. we are totally satisfied with it. Cab driver Salman was polite and very prompt for the service. I was quite scared because it was the first experience with Travel Triangle, but all thanks to the agency for their professional and friendly behavior. We are really happy with the agency for their services. We highly recommend it to you. We returned from the trip with unforgettable memories and experiences. The trip was supposed to be enjoyable but it did not happen in same way as expected. It is not totally fault of travel agent. 1) Actually , at the time of discussion with travel agent, we were never told that cable car (gondola ride) tickets in Gulmarg is not available most of the time. we planned trip finalized and paid 25% to agent and discovered that (gondola ride) tickets is not available. If we were informed of this fact, then could have planned better. But luckily , we saw availability of these tickets in one day, but we had hotel checkout from Pahalgam that day , which is very far from Gulmarg.So, Agent charged extra to cover Gulmarg gondola ride.So, it is better to buy the ticket first and then plan with the travel agent. 2) Gulmarg gondola ride is a long long queue. Long waiting spoils the enjoyment/excitement of Gulmarg.If you are young ,then OK 3) Agent is never calling you , once the full amount is paid.I think Agent should should ask if everything is OK 4) Dal lake is not the same.If you are planning to relax , the price is 6-7 thousand now.The agent promises to pay 1st 1 hour free but all that is very shady.still the Dal lake comes to be 6-7 thousand (without going to island in between lake) 5.At every point , scams are there.No advise from Agent regarding these scams. Believe me , it is CITY OF SCAMS. It is NOT the SAME Kashmir now. Tourist /Local Crowd is also everywhere. This City of Always in Traffic jams. The two security check of baggage with a gap of 1.5 km is also harassment while returning( when you are tired). Return flight is cancelled and our airline (spice jet) asked us to collect baggage and leave airport (it is defence airport, you can not stay there inside in night). Our Airline (Spicejet) did not pay hotel stay ( because of flight cancellation). So, all these spoiled our stay in kashmir. We will NEVER go there. 5 star Hotels in south asian countries are much cheaper then 3 star hotel of Kashmir.Ticket to these south asian countries is also of similar range.So more value for money in traveling to south asian countries .

All things were good in trip but only regret with Hotel room. It was too small compare than others hotels like you just enter and over. Bed is also too small to accommodate 3 persons (male, female and 2 yrs child) Ambience of resort and peacefulness.

Firstly I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Back 2 travels for providing the experience of a lifetime for my Kerala Visit. The Hotels were good. Special thanks to our driver Michael who was so humble and was driver cum our tour guide. We had a great time traveling with him. I highly recommend Back 2 travel if you plan your tour for South India. Thank You.

My Overall trip for Goa was very nice... starting from beggining Hotel was very nice with all requirements I have requested to Ashok...North and South Goa sightseeing was also good.....but their should be addition of few places....dinner cruise was planned on Saturday but our train got late so it has been postponed to Sunday.....we have waited for 5 hours and at night 11 we have received confirmation that it has been cancelled....that 5 hours just a waste of time and dinner cruise agent was worse in talking....but Ashok has arranged for next day dinner cruise and it was best..... travel Agent Ashok is very helpful and he is best...I recommend everyone to contact him for tours ...thank you

It was a really a good experience to travel around east, west & south sikkim with different really good locations. Tips & Customized plan provided by the Agent was really good. Some improvements can be done in the stay hotels choosing according to the taste and requirements of travelers.
