By Air

Though there are no direct flights from India to Sun City, most major Indian cities are connected to the nearest international airport which is OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. An array of airlines like Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad and Ehiopian Air offer one-stop and two-stop connections to Johannesburg, and usually take around 13-14 hours for the entire journey. From Johannesburg airport, Sun City can easily be reached in about 2.5 -3 hours by private transfer, taxi or buses that ply at regular intervals.

Best Time To Visit

With its temperate climate, Sun City makes for a good holiday destination any time of the year though some seasons can be quite crowded due to the holidays. SUmmers can be hot and humid yet experience high influx of tourists during the holiday season. We truly had a wonderful time exploring Arunachal Pradesh with your team and appreciated the variety of experiences throughout the trip. Starting from the beginning, the cab provided was comfortable, and our initial driver, Ashok, was friendly and courteous. The hotel at Bhalukpong was adequate for an overnight stay, although we did face some issues with the bathroom's water supply, and one of the rooms did not have a functioning geyser. Additionally, dinner service was delayed by approximately an hour and a half from the requested time. The next day, we were introduced to our new driver, Sofikul. Initially, there was a language barrier, but it was eventually resolved, and we had a pleasant experience with him. The homestay in Dirang was excellent. In Tawang, the hotel offered good amenities; however, we were surprised to find that tea was charged separately despite the breakfast being complimentary. In Bomdila, the accommodation was cozy and served the purpose for a one-night stay. Overall, we had a good experience over the six-day trip. However, there were a few concerns that we would like to highlight: Upon our arrival, when we inquired with Ashok about the travel time to Kamakhya, his first question was, “Do you have Kamakhya on your itinerary?” This raised concerns, as we expected the drivers to be well-versed with the itinerary beforehand. A similar situation occurred the next day with Sofikul, who also seemed unaware of the planned route and sites. As a result, we missed our first scheduled stop at Orchid Garden in Tippi. Additionally, we took an incorrect route to reach our homestay in Dirang due to a misunderstanding, as the driver had been initially informed that it was the correct path. While the next two days proceeded smoothly, Day 6 presented another issue. Our itinerary included visits to Kameng Valley and the Bhutan border. However, no local residents, including our driver, appeared to be familiar with Kameng Valley, and we were unable to visit it. Later, we were informed that we would travel to Tezpur, where Ashok would rejoin us and accompany us to Guwahati. This change in the plan was unexpected, and it seemed to us that there was a lack of internal communication regarding the route. Sofikul mentioned he could have taken the Shergaon route if needed, but it was evident that he preferred the Tezpur route, which unfortunately led to us missing another destination. As compensation, we were told we could visit two other temples, but Ashok mentioned that one was located within Guwahati city and not feasible due to time constraints. He was also hesitant about visiting the second temple, but upon our insistence, we managed to go there. Lastly, on April 12th, I reached out to our trip manager, Pravin. He informed me that he was on leave and provided the contact details of Nikita, who was indeed very helpful. However, it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated proactively, as we respect the importance of personal time and would have avoided disturbing him unnecessarily. In conclusion, while we genuinely enjoyed the trip and the beautiful locations, there were several instances of miscommunication between the agency and the drivers. Addressing these gaps in coordination would greatly enhance the overall experience for future travelers. Travel to Bumla pass.

It booking was easy and smooth. This is my 3rd trip booked from travel triangle and all three of them were from different agencies and all of them were really good . Trip to Malaysia covered Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur. Majorly 2 activities on each of the destination. The activities took around half day so there were quite some time to explore the city with your own or taking the rest . There could be more information from the agent, like what else to explore by your own , which transport option to take and other informations which is essential . Sky cable car in Langkawi and weather at Genting highlands.

The experience was really great. The representatives were very helpful and engaging. The tours, hotels were booked as per our requirements and the quality standards were very high. The best thing was they provided end to end support right from booking to assisting with the visa process, Travel insurances and detailed itenary which made it the complete package. And cost wise also they were very reasonable and fit our budget. Shetal and rinkal from their team constantly followed up and made sure we had everything we need. Kudos to the team and would definitely recommend it to others. Some absolute stand outs from the trip were the mesmerizing beauty of Cesky Krumlov, Plitvice lakes and Lake Bled. Also local Czech cuisine lunch which was included in the prague city tour.

We has a good stay at Maldives. We preferred to stay on both public and private island. The travel agent planned the same efficiently. The private island experience was great. But if you are with kids there are access restrictions in few areas of resort. Transportation was hassle free good as per our preference. All transports are shared only even if they are speedboats. So plan you flights accordingly. The public island experience was not up to the mark. We were not able to contact the local island person and we could have missed the speedboat by 2 mins. Even the best hotel rooms are not great, but the activities cost is very reasonable at public island. Stay and hospitality at Sun Siyam hotel. Very friendly

The arrangements made by you for the tour were commendable, and I would like to share our detailed feedback as follows: Cambodia: Our tour in Cambodia was highly impressive. The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable. However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards. Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements. Vietnam: Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement: We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour.
