Recently, my adventurous spirit led me to embark on a journey to Ladakh, a land of rugged beauty and spiritual serenity. Entrusting our travel plans to Amazing India Routes turned out to be the best decision we made. From the moment we booked our trip until the day we returned home, every aspect of our adventure was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed, leaving us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. One of the most commendable aspects of our experience with them was their attention to detail. Before our departure, they took the time to understand our preferences, interests, and expectations for the trip. This personalized approach ensured that every aspect of our itinerary was tailored to suit our desires, whether it was exploring ancient monasteries, trekking through breathtaking landscapes, or simply immersing ourselves in the local culture. The accommodations that were arranged surpassed our expectations. From cozy guesthouses nestled amidst towering mountains to luxurious tents under the vast expanse of the Ladakhi sky, each lodging was carefully selected to offer comfort and tranquility amidst the rugged terrain. Moreover, the hospitality extended by the staff at each location was unparalleled, making us feel welcomed and cherished throughout our stay. Transportation logistics can often be a source of concern when traveling to remote destinations like Ladakh. However, with Amazing Routes, we had nothing to worry about. Our transportation arrangements, including airport transfers and inter-city travel, were seamless and punctual. The vehicles provided were not only comfortable but also well-maintained, ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey through the winding mountain roads. What truly set our experience apart was the expertise and professionalism of our guide. With a deep understanding of Ladakh's history, culture, and geography, our guide enriched our journey with fascinating insights and anecdotes at every turn. Whether it was explaining the intricacies of Buddhist philosophy or sharing stories of local traditions, their passion for the region was palpable, enhancing our appreciation for the land and its people. In addition to their impeccable service, they also excelled in customer care. Throughout our trip, they remained accessible and responsive to our needs, ensuring that any queries or concerns were promptly addressed. Their genuine concern for our well-being and satisfaction was evident, fostering a sense of trust and reliability that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience without worry. In conclusion, our journey through Ladakh with Amazing Routes was nothing short of extraordinary. From the awe-inspiring landscapes to the warm hospitality of its people, every moment exceeded our expectations thanks to the impeccable planning and execution. They don't just organize trips; they craft experiences that will stay with you long after the journey ends.

Shisri's 7 days trip to Bali

We had booked a trip through Felix Feria a part of Travel Triangle. Our guide was Taruna, who really did a good job in helping with accommodation, activities and travel plan. The itinerary was customised as per our request. The on-site partners executed the plan without any issues and were punctual, courteous and patient. The accommodation provided was good, but one small suggestion would be to check the location of the property to meet your needs. Example a honeymooner may want to be out of town , an explorer may want some where close to the city.

"Just returned from Vietnam to New Delhi, and I can't stop raving about the incredible experience! From the bustling streets of Hanoi, serene waters of Ha Long to the vibrant energy of Ho Chi Minh City, every moment was a new adventure. Exploring the ancient charm of Hoi An, relaxing on the breathtaking beaches of Phu Quoc, and immersing myself in the culture of Da Nang – it was truly unforgettable. The tour was expertly planned by The Aurora Travel and Travel Triangle, with knowledgeable guides, comfortable accommodations and authentic local cuisine, though we are vegetarians the planners took care that we were served with vegan options.Vietnam has stolen a piece of my heart. Surprise Photo shoot at one of the beach included in the itinerary, Camia Resort,Cu chi tunnels and of course Halong Bay Cruise..

Rashi's 8 days trip to Sri Lanka

We travelled to Sri Lanka for 8D/7N and over 06 locations in April 2024. This was our mini honeymoon as a newly married couple. Organizing our stays, driver, and itinerary with 'I Am Srilanka' was a pleasant experience. Themindi, our travel agent, was professional in accomodating our requests and suggested the itinerary and hotels well in our trip budget. She was polite and it was a pleasant experience communicating with her all throughout. Afzal, our driver, drove well and comfortably. He was aware of the routes and kept the car clean each time we sat. A polite, pleasant, and professional driver. Few things could have been better: The Colombo hotel was a highly rated but a very below average hotel with outdated amenities. Colombo hotel suggestion could have been better. Our itinerary was very hectic with only one day at each location; this made us very tired and we also missed visiting the treks and temples due to the large travel time. We could only touch one or two must visit places in each location. I would suggest booking two/three days per location at the very least. It is important to discuss and clarify all hidden charges and the mode of payment with 'I am Srilanka'. They have some preferences with paying in USD and in cash upon reaching Sri Lanka. Better to have these clarified in advance. Thanks for helping us organise our trip. We do plan to revisit. Chilling on a sun bed, next to our private beach at the Palms Hotel, in Bentota.

Srinivasa's 14 days trip to Vietnam

Recently I completed my 2 weeks trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. As I was travelling with my family of 11 members for this trip, I had opted for Private transfers and Private tour everywhere. From Travel Triangle, I received 3 Tour Agencies. 2 of those where in discussion with me while the 3rd Agency hardly was communicating with me. Among these 2 Agencies Michael from SVietnam Trips was the only one who was actively in contact with me and I ended up booking my trip with him. My Trip guide Harvinder from Travel Triangle reached out to me only during initial payment. Before and after that no follow up from Travel Triangle. Would like to take few names and express my feedback. Michael from SVietnam Trips: Right from the day tour agencies got allocated, Michael had been in contact with me. No matter how late it may get in the night, he would never forget to respond and tries closing out my queries. As my travel group was big with different age group and difference choice of places, I had to do lot of research on my own to handpick few places which are not in the common itinerary any agencies would provide. Michael was very co-operative and patient while accommodating all my changing needs and itineraries. Wherever he lacked knowledge he tried gathering info and suggested me on my itineraries. He ensured he would be available over the phone throughout my trip and he lived up to this expectation. When we visited Ha Noi, he had come to airport to greet us and also gave me a local SIM newly bought for me free of cost. On the next day as promised, he had visited our hotel and took me to a Currency Exchange place where he had got me very good rates and also helped me in getting Indian Dinner parcel in his own vehicle. On the last day of our Ha Noi stay he had come to a mall where we took a pit stop and helped us with shopping and guiding in the mall. Throughout our trip, every day in the evening he used to check with us on how our trip went and if any help needed. My family and I liked all of these gestures including his personal visit whenever we needed his help and showing that extra care which I hadn’t experienced from any other travel agencies I had traveled before. This is where he went an extra mile to ensure quality service assured by him is provided. Very impressive and would highly recommend him for your Tours. To say a few words about Tour Guides, we were lucky to have got very good tour guides in every place we traveled which I would recommend except for the guide in Ho Chi Minh City. Nak in Cambodia, Thuy in Sapa, Chung in Ha Noi and Linh in Da Nang & Hoi An were very friendly, happy going, informative and approachable. They made us feel very comfortable and ensured we had good time in our tour enjoying every place covered in the itinerary. Special Notes: -> Thuy in Sapa: My aunt and MIL were senior citizens who were finding it difficult to climb the stairs, Thuy took an extra step and special care to assist them everywhere while climbing and walking. My aunt felt blessed to have such a person holding her hands and helping her to walk everywhere slowly at her comfort. When one of us lost our mobile phone in a Cable car, he stood by us and helped co-ordinating with customer service and housekeeping until we got back our phone. -> Chung in Ha Noi: He was always smiling guy. Stayed with my aunt to take care of her and kept addressing her as ‘Mumma’ which made my aunt feel very touchy for his special care & attention. -> Linh in Da Nang & Hoi An: She was very joyful and cheerful. Once when we got late in the night after our day trip, she and her friend helped in booking pickup cab for us and followed up till we reached out hotel. The tour guide named Lucky in Ho Chi Minh City compared to others we felt was okayish. She wasn’t that informative and wasn’t much open to us. Example: In Cu Chi tunnel when we saw other guides stopping in each & every spot explaining for 5-10 min in detail, Lucky was just skipping explanation for those places and was asking us to see and understand the instruction board. We had to ask her on most of those spots which she skipped to specifically share some info as other guides where explaining few details. Overall we weren’t happy with Cu Chi Tunnel tour. Despite this place having a huge historical significance, the guide made it look very basic by giving very limited information. From Travel Triangle, I am not happy at all for their service. Apart from follow up for initial payment, I dint see any effort from them or their Trip guide to enquire whether my trip was started, how my trip was going on and whether my trip ended well or not. Except the system generated formality emails on payment and feedback, no communication from their team. Overall I would say we had a fabulous trip and very good experience with SVietnam Trips. All thanks to Michael for extending his care & support throughout our trip. If I have to take another trip, I would rather go directly to Michael from SVietnam Trips than any other agencies or even Travel Triangle.
