Board a Metro

Reaching Place de la Concorde by metro is the fastest means of transportation. One can get down at the Concorde metro station, which is the closest metro station from the Place de la Concorde and is situated on the 1, 8 and 12 of the Paris metro station. It just takes 6 minutes to reach Concorde metro station and ticket costs 2 Euros for a one way trip. If travelling by RER, get down at Charles de Gaulle – Étoile RER line. From the railway station rent a car, taxi, bike or walk to reach Place de la Concorde.

By car/taxi

Either board a taxi or rent a cab from Hotel de Ville, Paris and reach Place le da Concorde in just 3 minutes at a cost of 8€ and 5€ respectively. If renting a private car from your place of accommodation, minimum rent for 24 hours starts from 793 € depending upon your location. If you have a bigger budget and time, then renting a car from your accommodation is recommended.

Travel by Bus

Another means of transportation to reach Place de la Concorde is to travel by bus. One can either opt for preferred. Both public transportations and private non-stop buses. Air France Buses or the private buses like Bat bus. Bus lines running via Place de la Concorde are 24, 42, 52, 72, 73, 84, and 94. The public bus cost 1.90 € per individual. The same ticket can be used for a metro journey. Buying a carnet aka a pack of 10 bus tickets is feasible. The non-stop private buses like Le Bus can also be boarded from the CDG international airport as well as the Orly international airport. Get down at one of the three closest bus stops to the Place de la Concorde namely Concorde Cours la Reine, Cours de la Reine Concorde and Concorde bus stops respectively.

With Paris on the verge of become the cycling capital of the world by 2022, there are many Velib stations offering rented bicycles on a day, week and yearly subscriptions. It takes 35 minutes to reach Place de la Concorde from Paris and cost 2€, but would help you to explore the city. You can also rent a bicycle from the metro station.
