Me and wife had taken a honeymoon package with ALS to bali for 4N/5D. Though I was sceptical in the beginning, everything was like clockwork from the moment we landed in Bali. Everything that was promised was delivered. We dint have to ask twice anywhere and were guided throughout properly. We had an amazing time in bali, and special thanks to pooja who did a great job in putting this trip together. Sunset at Tanah lot and Candle light dinner at Jimbaran beach.

We had a good trip to bali but cab driver assigned to us was very poor and he doesn’t want to show us much places instead he just want to get done with his day as quickly as possible. And Pooja from als destination was not responsible at all and somehow they loose interest after the payment . But still we had a good trip to Bali and had a lot of fun . But we missed on few places like uluwatu temple and few places in ubud since cab driver was running out of time . Villa we booked was great and I would highly recommend annora villa and legian paradise . Lembongan cruise was great and we loved nusa Dua . And cab driver refused us to show or stop in jimbaran bay since it was not in his schedule. I would highly recommend bali a great destination for a honeymoon but don’t go with Als destination.

It was a very planned and cost effective trip. All the people with whom I interacted since the booking till the completion of the trip were very cordial and helped us make our trip memorable and wonderfull! The cab driver Bim in Bali was a fantastic and a very knowledgeable person, explained us the details of every place in length and helped us click some really beautiful pictures too! The candle light dinner on jimbaran beach was a cherry on the cake and there couldn’t have been a better way to end our trip :)

This was my first trip outside india. I tried many travel agencies then finally chose Als destinations through travel traingle. I had done many customisations based on my own research and provided info to the team for hotels and sight seeing places. Als destination have done a wonderful job from start to end. We got a separate cab for 12 hrs and the service was so good . I spent 2 days in jimbaran @bali baliku 1 day @ lembogan 2 days in ubud @black penny villas.. all the hotels were simple osm and als team booked based on our requirment. The complete trip was memorable one and fell in love with the hospitality provided by bali ppl One day trip to lembogan island and stay @bali huts

We booked our Bali trip with Travel agent Travelope through Travel Triangle. Our experience was good. About our travel coordinators - Ronak, Prachi and Gusti all of them were very approachable and available. They were just a phone call away to guide us before and during our trip. We provided our requirement to them and they had curated the arrangements accordingly. All the hotels that were included were excellent. We were impressed with the locations of our stay, the hotel properties and its amenities, food and staff. We were provided with a local SIM card on arrival which was very helpful. Also, the inclusions like Bali Swing at Cretya, Candle Light Dinner at Jimbaran and Hotel Room Decorations were cherry on top. Transfers were very comfortable and seamless. Gusti sir did a great job by providing us with a driver who was well aware of all the places. Our driver uncle was as good as a tour guide. He acquainted us about the Balinese culture, it's traditions and religious values. He accompanied us at all places and suggested us good restaurants for local Balinese food and markets for shopping. Only one suggestion, for Nusa Penida trip one should avoid the day tour due to heavy traffic between 11 am to 4 pm. The roads are very narrow and crowd influx chokes the roads. It is advised to stay overnight and cover the locations early in the mornings and spread the itinerary over two or more days. Overall our first International Trip together was very memorable and hassle free. Very very happy with all the arrangements.

The tour was planned perfectly by our agent Tanvi (Travelope) in India however the communication to the Bali agent was not upto the mark. For example: 1) Our seafood dinner in Jimbaran was included in the package however Bali agent had no clue about it so after I conveyed my disagreement to Travelope, they communicated to Bali agent and who later on agreed for our dinner which resulted us waited for embarrassing 30 minutes 2) We booked our package for 2 adults and 1 child (6 yrs old) therefore everything should have been arranged according to that even all the meals that were part of the package. Only the breakfast in Aryaduta Kuta was a buffet option, rest all were fixed meals, even breakfast elsewhere. We were always been given 2 meals and nothing for child and only been resolved after Ronak's initiation but that was too late and started from Ubud, which was our last destination. 3) I explicitly mentioned to Travelope agent in India that I need extra bed for my daughter and we agreed onto it however in Ubud, we were asked to pay 350k IDR for extra bed which I told to our Bali agent (Gusti) however he didn't have any resolution for this. I felt a big gap between our planning in India and execution on ground in Bali. Thanks, Mohit

Excluding arrival and departure days. Day1: Water sports + Uluwatu + candlelight dinner by Jimbaran bay -- Water sports booked were jet ski, banana boat, and parasailing. -- After reaching the destination understood that all these are useless activities and had to spend another $200 to upgrade parasailing to a couple parasailing and add water walking. -- Uluwatu was good -- Though dinner by Jimbaran bay was ruined by rain, the food served is bad to below average and nothing special. Day2: Nusa Penida -- Good -- The free lunch is the worst food I ever had in my life. I would rather buy good food than have this free food. Day3: Kintamani/Chocolate Factory/Coffee plantation -- Most useless day. -- Not sure what are the charges to visit these places as they are all free to visit except for the ride. -- Why waste the time with the chocolate factory and coffee plantation? Which are not worth the visit. Day4: Tanah Lot temple -- This was scheduled at 3 PM and it was 4:30 by the time we reached. Though we enjoyed the temple, all the shops were closed by the time we returned which was 7 PM and we were unable to shop for which we have been waiting. -- We should have been suggested for a good time to visit the temple and shop restrictions. PS: The second villa (Aldeoz Grand Kancana) is not as good as it looks in the pictures. I feel it is not located in a good spot and is filled with LOADS of mosquitoes, all night I spent hunting them.

The trip was beautiful and the driver and car was really good and comfortable . he drove so well and very nice and enjoyed. 2. The hotels. -Jimbaran beach resort is ok. -Aston hotel is gili is superb -Rama beach resort - the best hotel . Really good rooms services and the best breakfast I have had. Really good Gilli t arrangements were good and loved the island stay .good beach resort and lovely place to be The trip arrangements were really good and one of the the best plans . Their was food problem in Jimbaran area. When I enquired Kuta & Semniyak area have indian veg food availability, so hotels should be given keeping in mind the food requirements also specially when it is known that customer is travelling with kids. Also in both hotels only bread was available for vegetarian so could not even do breakfast properly. These things should be discussed with customer in advance.
