ce: The agent recommended “The Kimaya by Sea,” highlighting its proximity to the sea and good hygiene, which I agree with. However, the staff at the hotel were highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. It seemed as though the hotel was being managed by someone without any prior experience in the hospitality industry. The buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing, with limited and unappealing options. Activity Management: The agent made several decisions regarding activities without consulting me or providing any explanations. This led to inconvenience during the trip and gave me the impression that my preferences and comfort were not prioritized. The agent's attitude felt dismissive and as if I was being taken for granted. Overall, I expected a well-planned and hassle-free vacation, but the lack of professionalism and poor coordination greatly impacted my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future customers.
