Pune to Goa by Flight: Tourists may travel from Pune to Goa by flight in the most convenient way. The aerial distance between Pune and Goa is 357 km which is covered in a minimum time duration of 1 hr. Board the flight from Pune Airport (PNQ) to reach Vasco da Gama Airport, Goa (GOI). The airlines that operated on Pune to Goa route are Spice Jet, Air India, Indigo, Vistara, and Air Aisa. From the airport, you can book a pre-paid taxi or hire a private cab to reach the destination. Fares for taxis are charged according to pax. Note that Uber and Ola cab services are not available at the airport.

Pune to Goa by Train: There are 3 direct trains running from Pune to Goa which include Goa Express (12780), Pune Ers Sup Exp (22150) and Poorna Express (11097). It takes a minimum time duration of 11 hrs to reach Goa from Pune by train. The cheapest train fare is for the Goa Express which takes a time duration of 12 hrs. The cheapest price for Pune Jn - Sawantwadi Road by train is Rs. 1300 for 10 hrs. On reaching the station in Goa, take a hired cab or local transport ( as per the availability) to reach your destination.

Pune to Goa by Road: There are two ways to reach Goa from Pune by road. The first option is to reach Goa by a self-driven car and the second is by bus. However, the distance covered will remain the same, i. e. 473 km, but the time is taken varies.

Pune to Goa by Car: If you wish to travel from Pune to Goa by car, it will take a time duration of approximately 7 hrs. The route for Goa goes via Bardez. Therefore, you have to drive for 7 hrs to reach Goa through Pune - Bardez at an approximate cost of Rs. 3700.

Pune to Goa By Bus: Direct bus route is available from Pune to Goa. Private as well as state transport buses are available from Pune. Chinchwad and Pune (By-Pass) are the two main bus stations in Pune. You can board the bus from any one of the above. The time taken to reach Goa from Pune by road is 11 hrs and the bus charge starts at Rs. 792.

Also, the driver knew that Dona Paula beach was 10 to 15 mins away from Miramar beach still he didn't took us at the time of South Goa day tour. Additionally, he took 2500 INR just to visit Dona Paula beach. In addition, I was surprised to know that he was a localite of Goa and he didn't knew the best Cashew shop. 3. On the day one we had requested the co-ordinator to move the Dudhsagar water fall after 2 days which he agreed at the initial stage. However, in the night when there was a miscommunication between the co-ordinator and driver, co-ordinator started asking me proof of agreement that when we had asked him to move the day of Dudhsagar visit. Kindly ask the co-ordinator to stick to the words as the guest has the rights to do the changes in the itneary. 4. At the time of check-in at Hotel we had to wait for another 30 mins due to mismatch in final amount of payment. Please make sure to communicate to the Hotel well in advance with the right amount to avoid inconvience to the guest.

covered more places. Snow park is overrated. Try to book hotel rooms side by side so that family can stay together. Try avoiding taking traveller's to the beach at afternoon, rather evening works good. Dona Paula beach was good and food was also good. Calangute and baga beach and night market was nice.
