Pros: 1) Cab was timely. 2) Hotel location was good. 3) Covered all the points promised. 4) Kept all the promises. 5) Was available on call or message (whenever needed). 6) Food was good in the hotel. Corns: 1) As soon as you accept the offer the travel executive will make your life hell for the rest of the payments. I was assigned Firdous who used to start the day with message/call to release payment even sometimes before time. It was not my first experience with TT agents but sorry to say it was the worst one. You will feel that you have opted a wrong travel agent. 2) On the name of 4 star hotel we were given a 3 start hotel. Towels were dirty, no tea table or a single chair. 3) AC was not working in one room. 4) While return journey from Hotel to Airport we were asked to compromise in a sedan even though I paid for SUV. When I strictly denied they gave SUV. Surprisingly Firdous was not available on phone at that time. 5) We booked hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. But the hotel was asking to leave the room before time itself. Again they were asking to compromise in a single room even though we paid for 2 rooms. Seems there was no synchronization between hotel and Bindas Trips. It was a big mess after reaching. Better to opt for other travel agent for Goa.

At the time of office booking, it was agreed and also mentioned on the invoice that the remaining amount would be paid on Day 1. However, upon reaching the hotel, the hotel was instructed not to allow check-in due to pending payment, which was never communicated to us in advance. This resulted in a check-in delay of nearly 2 hours. Additionally, we had to follow up every day to obtain the point-of-contact details and driver information, which should have been shared proactively. We also paid charges for the dinner cruise and water activities for 3 persons, but the actual booking was made for only 2 persons.

Worst travel agent. Initially they will agree everything just for the sake of booking. After that they won't agree to it. We initially agreed upon our final day iternary but at the last day they ruined it. If they say ok by word of mouth please get it added in travel plan.

As I Visited Goa With my family The hotel provided by Bindas trip was far away for beaches, as I Already confirmed with Agent is this property near to Beach she said Yes, and I need to take Auto to reach the Beach every time. The South Goa CAB person was rude and having a Bad mouth. and also, he did not cover many places mentioned in our itinerary and same follows for 2nd driver for North Goa he also skipped many placed from Itinerary. The Water sport person has almost harassed us ki first call your agent to make payment otherwise we will not take you to sports activity. Even Our agent threatens to be cancelled the further trip if i don't pay them immediate. As I only asked them for few hours for pending payment due to some Bank server issues.
