SOAP - SHAMPOO - DRINKING WATER WAS NOT PROVIDED PROPERLY. BUT AFTER 3 DAYS ON 24 APRIL I WAS TRANSFER AT MAYFIELD_ HOTEL = VAGATOR, HOTEL IS VERY GOOD, MANAGER HAS PROVIDED PROPER ROOM SERVICE - I GET TOO GOOD FOOD AT THERE AND ROOM SERVICE AND OTHER SERVICE ALSO TOO GOOD, DURING MY TOUR I GOT PROPER CAB SERVICE - CAB SERVICE AND DRIVERS WARE TOO GOOD, TOUR COMPANY HAS NOT PROVIDE ANY CAB FOR HOTEL TRANSFER WHICH DETAILS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN QUATATION HENCE I HAD TO FACE SO MANY PROBLEM, I HOPE COMPANY WILL NOTE ALL ISSUES AND TRY TO IMPROVE SERVICE - ALL OVER I GIVE 5 STAR RATING ONLY FOR HOTEL MAYFIELD - VAGATOR AND CAB SERVICE ..... DURING MY TOUR I HAD TO FACE SO MANY PROBLEM REGARDING COMMUNICATION WITH TOUR CO-ORDINATER WHEN I ASK ANY THING TO CO-ORDINATOR HE WAS REPLIED THAT "SIR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PROGRAM FROM COMPANY" ....
