How to reach Prag Mahal in Kutch

The easiest way to reach Bhuj is via train through the Bhuj Railway station. There are only seven trains, which stop at this station. Pune Bhuj express, The Ala Hazrat Express, The Be Bhuj Express, The BDTS Bhuj Express and The Kutch Express.  So, book your tickets accordingly.

The next way to travel is by air. The Bhuj Airport is situated three kilometers from the town. Currently Jet Airways and Air India ply to Bhuj. There are taxis, which will ferry you to the town once you land in Bhuj.

Buses from all major cities in Gujarat ply to Bhuj. The Gujarat State transport buses ply periodically between Bhuj and all the town of the state. It is as easy as finding a connecting bus to Bhuj through private operators too. There are auto rickshaws that ply within the town so it makes moving around easy here.

There are taxi services operating between all major cities in Gujarat and Bhuj. You can fly or reach by train in a nearby city and then take a taxi to Bhuj.

Bhuj also is home to the Kandia Port, one of the busiest ports in the west coast of India. If you are an unconventional traveler, you can take a boat to the port and then travel to Bhuj.

Prag Mahal is easy to reach within the town. You can easily hire an Auto Rickshaw to take you there from your hotel. The Mahal is open to visitors from 9 AM to 12 Noon and from 3 PM to 6 PM every day. There is an entrance fee of INR 12 applicable.
