Additionally, after collecting the advance payment, they changed the originally promised hotels to inferior properties without my consent. These alternate accommodations were of poor quality and lacked the basic amenities clearly listed in the package. Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for customers. The wide gap between promises made and actual services delivered ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. I had expected far better professionalism, customer care, and ethical business practices from a platform like Travel Triangle and its partners. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending their services to anyone and would strongly urge others to exercise caution before booking. The Ideal Tour scolded me, and even refused to facilitate my hotel checkout. Without giving good star rating the website is not letting save feedback.
