But overall good experience and thanks for arranging this trip

Flights were canceled, regions like Shimla and Dharamshala were under high alert, and travel was clearly not feasible. In such circumstances, citing standard cancellation policies and offering only a credit note is highly disappointing and insensitive. This experience reflects a lack of seriousness in handling customer communication and crisis situations. I expected better professionalism and empathy. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your communication, support, and refund policy handling in future cases.
