We recently completed our trip to Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, and Agra arranged through 3D Vacations. While we appreciate the continuous support provided by your team during the tour, we would like to share our concerns regarding the overall experience, especially considering the high package cost we p
aid.
Initially, we had chosen a sedan car, but due to congestion and the allocation of a vehicle that was more than 10 years old, we were advised to upgrade to an Ertiga at a higher cost. Unfortunately, the Ertiga provided had a CNG cylinder installed, which completely occupied the boot space. Additionally, the driver’s personal luggage was also kept inside the vehicle. As a result, all our bags had to be placed on top of the car, causing them to get dirty and wet, which was very inconvenient and disappointing.
We also learned that 3D Vacations does not operate its own vehicles and instead arranges cars from third-party vendors. The drivers provided lacked proper knowledge of routes and tourist locations. They relied entirely on Google Maps and consistently preferred narrow internal roads instead of safer toll roads. Toll roads were taken only when we specifically requested them.
Regarding accommodations, the hotels provided were located far outside city limits, with unclear and inconvenient routes. The drivers were unfamiliar with the hotel locations and repeatedly asked us to enter the destinations into Google Maps. Similarly, while visiting tourist places, the drivers did not know where to take us and frequently asked us to decide the locations and guide them via maps.
Although your support team was responsive and helpful whenever we contacted them, the overall experience did not match the expectations set by the package price. We paid a premium amount but received substandard hotels and cab services, which was very disappointing.
We hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your vehicle quality, driver training, hotel selection, and overall service standards for future customers.

The trip planning was initially coordinated well by Shilpa and Akansha. They were responsive, answered all our queries patiently, and were supportive during the planning phase.
However, the actual issues started from the very first day of the trip. The cab service was consistently unreliable. The c
abs were never on time and were almost always 15–20 minutes late. We were usually given a pickup slot (for example, 9:15–9:30), but the cab never arrived within the mentioned window. I understand that these slots are planned keeping traffic conditions in mind, so occasional delays are acceptable—but this happened almost every single time.
Out of the 6 days, 3 days were particularly stressful due to these delays. While some drivers were extremely polite, gentle, and stuck to what they promised, others were very disappointing. They would say they would arrive in 15 minutes but would not show up even after 45 minutes, often without proper communication.
We opted for a cab service expecting convenience and peace of mind. Instead, it became a constant source of stress. We had traveled from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Dubai in our own car and chose to use local cabs in Dubai hoping for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Unfortunately, by the end of the trip, we felt that driving ourselves would have been far less stressful and would have made the experience better.
Another drawback was related to the hotel accommodation. We were informed that king-size beds would be provided, but the rooms had small double beds instead, which was disappointing.
Overall, we are very unhappy with the services provided.
My previous trip to Maldives was amazing with Travel Triangle, so I opted it again, now, it was terrible!

At the time of office booking, it was agreed and also mentioned on the invoice that the remaining amount would be paid on Day 1. However, upon reaching the hotel, the hotel was instructed not to allow check-in due to pending payment, which was never communicated to us in advance. This resulted in a
check-in delay of nearly 2 hours.
Additionally, we had to follow up every day to obtain the point-of-contact details and driver information, which should have been shared proactively.
We also paid charges for the dinner cruise and water activities for 3 persons, but the actual booking was made for only 2 persons.
