Mysore Honeymoon Packages

Mysore is a beautiful city in Karnataka, famous for its gorgeous ornate palaces, lush gardens and cultural heritage. The city has been graced with the moniker of “City of Palaces”, thanks to the spectacular Mysore Palace, which stands tall and proud in the heart of the city and dazzles with its lights in the evenings.
It is the perfect destination for everybody, but it is even more so for honeymooners who are looking to get away from the hustle bustle of daily life and find themselves surrounded by breathtaking beauty and a rich cultural heritage. Booking a Mysore honeymoon package is a good idea for those who are looking to enjoy a grand vacation with the love of their life. The city is perched on the foothills of Chamundi Hills, and is famed for having a salubrious climate almost all through the year.

Best Time to Visit

The best time to avail well planned Mysore honeymoon packages is during the winter season, when the weather is pleasant and sightseeing is a breeze. The monsoons are also a good time to visit the city, since the rains provide a lot of relief from the oppressive tropical heat of the city.

Summer:

The summer season in Mysore lasts from April to June, and it is not a good time to visit the city because of the intense heat and humidity. Sightseeing during the day won’t be possible during the day, and the nights are too balmy to roam the city. On the other hand, if you do want to visit Mysore in the summers, you are sure to get a lot of discounts on accommodation and sightseeing packages, since this is the low tourist season here.

Winter:

The winter season in Mysore lasts from October to March, and it is the most pleasant time that the city witnesses. The average temperature here during this time stays within 15 to 18 degree celsius, which is perfect for a day out in the many gardens of Mysore. There are plenty of open air festivals and events being held here during this time, from food festivals to musical events. It is the perfect time to avail honeymoon packages for Mysore.

Monsoon:

The months of July to September bring with them the monsoon season to Mysore. Although the temperature remains between 20 to 30 degree celsius, the rains and the cool breeze provide instant relief from heat and humidity. The city, after the rains, becomes even more verdant and beautiful. This, too, actually, is a good time to avail Mysore Couple tour packages.

How to Reach

By Air:

Mysore does have its own airport, but it offers limited connectivity only. There are no direct flights to Mysore from the major cities of the country such as Kolkata, Mumbai or Delhi. However, there are connecting flights easily available from almost all parts of the country, and direct flights to Mysore are available from Goa, Bangalore and Kochi.

By Train:

This is the cheapest way to get to Mysore, and there are plenty of trains connecting the Mysore Railway Station to the rest of the state and country. You can take a cab or an auto to get from the railway station to other parts of the city.

By Road:

The highways connecting Mysore to the rest of the state and the country are actually pretty well maintained and in good condition. Driving to the city can be a treat thanks to the scenic view, although it might take longer than a train journey or a flight. There are also private and state-run buses available easily.

I have booked a trip to Mysore and Coorg with All India Holidays through Travel Triangle in Feb 2024. The experience was just amazing. Rahul Singh was my travel coordinator from All India Holidays. He knows the taste of the customer and suggests very nice options of the Hotels n Locations. He listens carefully to the plan of the customer and accordingly provides the best budget friendly itinerary. Infact, in Mysore Hotel by mistake I have made some double payments but Rahul ensured to get me the timely refunds. They allotted me the Cab service for the entire duration of my trip and again full marks to the choice and tie-ups of the All India Holidays. The cab driver was Faizal and what a gem kind of personality. He was always on time, generous, very polite and treated us like a family member. In Mysore on Sunday when My daughter needed some emergency medical aid, Faisal took us to the best hospital on time. He even helped us in deciding when to go and where to go within a limited time. The beautiful part of this whole set up is that they all are so well organised and coordinated. Travel triangle takes follow-up with All India Holidays. All India Holiday takes regular follow up with Cab service provider. The boss of cab driver Mr. Tansoor Sait also was regularly checking with Cab driver. All these follow ups were to ensure ensure that the customer gets the best quality time. Kudos to this entire team. Overall, I have enjoyed alot this trip and my family had a great time. Thanks alot to Travel Triangle, All India Holidays and Cab Service from Mr. Tansoor Sait & Faizal driver. Next trip I will surely plan with Travel Triangle. Adventurous ride to Mandalpatti peak in Coorg. Sunday night the whole Mysore palace was lightened with lights for just 1 hr. It was magnificent.

You have us second hotel at Mysore outskirts..For any small purchase we had to travel 18-20 km inside City. We had a small baby and we faced many issues. Highly disappointed with this type of service. Your Ooty hotel was too good, the service staff were good. Food was good. In the second hotel, there was no menu to choose. Second day complementary breakfast finished as early as 9 am.We has to eat at a restaurant nearby just beside hotel. Please improve your service Ooty was too good.
