The hotel in Paris and Rome were pretty bad. Paris : Room size was so small that movement around bed hit the leg. Rome: the hotel was not habitable , there were mosquitoes in the reception area and in the room balcony. Switzerland: Interlaken hotel upgrade was best Luzern and Zurich , hotels were decent. Switzerland, Luzern: was the best memorable place

We have booked through Mtp vacations pvt ltd since it is listed in travel triangle .We had a very bad experience. They have given us hotels which were different from the vouchers downloaded.Everyday we have to wait for the booking of tickets for internal travel .Till last moment they were not giving tickets. We have to go on reminding them.Trains from Paris to Zurich and Rome . When we have paid money in advance why should they not give tickets in advance.I don't understand.Every day we have to beg them to give next day's tickets. Last minute they have changed the hotel in Rome We were in a confusion. When we called they were not responding. We really had a tough time. The hotel which they have changed in the last minute in Rome was a Christian church sort of thing. It is rather a hostel. We are very disappointed We managed some how

Hi Jatin/Shubham/Prashant, First of all , thanks for organizing our first international trip to multiple locations in Europe in a seamless manner. As mentioned in the vouchers, bookings for hotel, train, bus, cabs, rides were confirmed and serviced as per the itinerary . Every detail as communicated in the bookings was taken care smoothly by your travel partners without any intervention from your end during my entire trip. I remember the exhaustive discussions with Shubham during the planning phase to perfect the itinerary. Thanks Shubham for taking the pain to revisit the plans and making innumerable changes so as to ensure that my demands are well accommodated and that too within my budget. All efforts based on my personalized needs for the trip actually help come up with a customized (a-la-carte) trip with the right amount of travel and breaks. A special note to Hub Holiday team - Prashant and Shubham who were 24*7 available on phone and never left a stone unturned to address my query or provide guidance as and when I required. Going the extra mile - I remember arriving at Zurich at 2 am (IST) due to unavoidable flight delay and Prashant was online to help arrange the cab for my trip from airport to hotel. So for international trips, I would say the team ensures time zone gaps are not a hurdle to ensure comfort and peace of mind to the travellers. I will definitely recommend Travel Triangle as the go-to place for planning the trips and getting connected with the best in the business. And at the same time highly recommend HubHoliday as a preferred service provider for their customer first approach and budget friendly deals. Suggestion - The bus trip from Lucerne to Venice was definitely a memorable experience with a majestic view of the countryside . However, trains are recommended for any journey exceeding 3-4 hrs as these are the fastest and most comfortable way to make longer trips. Keep up the great service ! Thanks, Chandan & Susri, Euro Tripper 2018 (Zurich,Lucerne,Venice)

I don't know how should I start but from the planning of the trip to the come back to India you guys(especially Yeeshu@Hubholiday.com and Prashant@hubholiday.com) helped us a lot. We faced visa issue from the France embassy as they held the wife's passport for an unknown reason that made us worried about the trip but with the support of your visa assistance team we got that in time. The trip was very well planned. We explored the Paris(the whole city With Hop On Hop Off, visited Eiffel Tower (Amazing experience), Disneyland), Lucern, Bern(as we got the spare day that we utilized), Zurich in and had a very great and memorable trip. A big Thanks to Yeeshu, Prashant and your team for providing the excellent arrangement and support throughout the trip. I would love to have another trip with HubHoliday in future.

Unfortunately our trip could not complete due to Jetairways shutdown but I would like to appreciate your efforts from starting till now. Rohit were very proactive and has helped alot with his suggestions like should stay in Zurich instead of Lucerene to minimize hotel costs. Also he was constantly available to clarify all doubts. Lately I was regretting by giving opportunity to new comers in travel industry when heard about jetairways issues but Rohit tried his best to check all possible options and kept my trust by refunding my full payment that I would really appreciate. Thanks. Cheena Jain

Anil's 10 days trip to Europe

We have planned a family trip to Europe. We got an offer from Hubholiday.com through Travel Triangle. Mr Rohit of hubholiday suggested an appropriate itinerary to suit our time and budget. We spent 3 night each at Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland (2 at Lucerne and 1 at Zurich). The itinerary was optimum and comfortable. The hotel stay was awesome. Location was very near to Metro/ public transport at Amsterdam, Lucerne and Zurich and at a reasonable distance at Paris. We have enjoyed the stay and Breakfast at the hotels. Sightseeing at Amsterdam and Paris was provided through the pre booked tickets, which was quite satisfactory. At Switzerland every part was covered through the Swiss pass. Drop and Pick-up to/from airport was timely in comfortable and spacious cars/Vans. Plenty space for the luggage. Selections of the international flights and internal travel arrangements were trouble free and seamless. Timings and selection of flight/train was very satisfactory. And finally Mr Rohit, the tour master, was very active and very keen to listen from us throughout the preparation and tour duration. He was always available and open to short out the issues, if any. Overall the experience was nice and vacations were memorable. A K Bist Mumbai.

Tushar's 9 days trip to Europe

Europe - Amsterdam, Paris & Switzerland (Lucerne, Interlaken, Zurich). The trip was for 10 Days and 9 Nights. We got a very competitive offer from Hubholiday.com through Travel Triangle. Mr. Prashant from Hubholiday suggested a very good itinerary to suit our time and budget. The best part was the freedom to customize the itinerary as per our convenience and liking. The provided hotels were very good and were centrally located - all near / in the vicinity of the Metro stations. He was kind enough to provide us Flight and Hotel upgrades without any cost implication 5 days prior to our departure. Though the hotel in Paris was a bit compact, the one in Interlaken, Switzerland was just superb. From the sightseeing point of view, almost everything was covered with pre-booked vouchers - with all the details provided. In Switzerland, the Swiss Pass covered all the local transport (buses/trains/boat rides) including the Mount Titlis Tour. Prashant Ji from HubHoliday was available round the clock for solving any problems and assisting us with our queries (even in the middle of the night - we always wondered when he sleeps :P) His knowledge of the place helped us plan and travel better including the choice of the hotels. We can't thank him enough for all his support and guidance. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance to plan your next holiday and you won't be disappointed :)

Aravind's 7 days trip to Europe

Our Honeymoon trip to Europe which includes Paris and Switzerland was curated by travel triangle (HubHolidays). Our agent Mr.Shubham designed an itinerary and patiently listened to our suggestions and customized it according to our needs. He also helped us in gathering the documents for the visa and we successfully got our Schengen visa within a few days. Before our trip started, we had cleared our never-ending doubts with Shubham & Prashanth and they answered all of them without any hesitation. Hotels were arranged in Paris, Lucerne and Zurich. When we landed at Paris airport the agent arranged the best cab to reach the hotel. The driver was really helpful and guided us on Paris city & must visit places in the city. We then went for the Paris city tour by boarding the Big Bus Hop on Hop off and saw the remarkable monuments like Opera Garnier, Arc de Triomphe and Louvre museum etc., Also we had a great night view of the Eiffel Tower and the tickets were arranged by the agent till Level 3 through Elevator and a great view of the city. We went on a Seine river cruise and had great views of the entire Paris city. The second day of the tour is the wonderful picturesque journey from Paris to Zurich. It's TGV Lyria train which travelled at 320 kmph speed which is a beautiful experience. We then took another train to Lucerne. We must admit, Switzerland is THE best place when comes to remarkable landscapes and Wallpaper worthy locations. Switzerland also has perfect travel by train, bus and tram. This will all be covered in the Swiss pass, which is also included in our package. From Lucerne, we travelled to Mt. Pilatus by Bus to Kriens, then by Cable car, Gondola and returned to Alpnachstad in World's steepest Cogwheel train. The next day, we had to Visit Matterhorn Glacier from Zermatt. However, from Lucerne to Zermatt is a long 4hr journey. By the time we reached the Matterhorn boarding point, we are past the last cable car time and had to return. Last day, the Zurich detour included Rhine falls, Lake Zurich, and the Lindt chocolate factory tour - complimentary. Overall, the trip was wonderful and will be etched into our memories lifelong. As the package doesn't include cab services other than airport pickup, We had to explore the city trains and buses using Google. Trust google and the timings. you will never be dissatisfied. One feedback we want to give to the agent is, to provide the timings and detailed pieces of information like restaurants, and tips on the tourist attractions, as most of the attractions and hotels, will be closed in a stipulated time. We kept asking a couple of doubts with Shubham and Prashanth during the trip. I thank both of them from the bottom of our hearts for arranging a wonderful trip.

Prabakaran's 7 days trip to Europe

I found a travel triangle through web search, and browsed for better pricing primarily, and got a reasonable quote through my contact point Mr Anmol Verma from Knowravel Holiday Services Private Limited/Hub Holiday. Anmol fine tuned my proposal to visit three countries and gave me an itinerary/Hotel Choices (a self-guided tour in most part) and arranged all the requirements by before the start of the tour. Since I had the last day (12th day) of the tour due to a night flight from Rome, I made a request to change in Itinerary in Rome and be accommodated by Anmol. Also, a request for a compulsory train from Lucerne to Venice was provided. Overall, Anmol was very responsive, and available almost every time I called/messaged and overall, he was pretty good. It was a well planned and packed itinerary, and thanks to Anmol for the same. Day 1: Paris Landed in Paris and transfer to Hotel 11 am. In Paris, got help form google Map app to reach Eiffel Tower. Used metro trains, every time cost 2.1 Euros per person, very comfortable. The summit level view was excellent. Day 2: Paris Bus tour, one day not sufficient to see if need to see museums, some are having entry fee. All monuments are just visited. Had a Sean River Cruise. Day 3: DIsneyland Paris One can use metro followed by RAR train to reach DIsneyland 5 euro per person. Memorable experience in Disneyland considering the advance and excellent rides, a must visit place in Paris for everyone. Day 4: Zurich Used metro to reach Main station to travel to Zurich. Visited Rhine falls and boat ride (6 CHF for 15 min). Day 5: Lucern Used Swisspass to travel to Lucern from Zurich, check in hotel, visited Mount Palatis, surprisingly entry included in Swisspass when we visited. Day 6: Lucern Travelled to Engelberg, visited Mount Titlis. Afternoon, travelled to Mount Rigi. Buses and trains are well connected, can visit both places in a day, as long day light available in summer. Day 7: Interlaken Travelled to Interlaken, Grindelwald, visited glacier canyon (19 euros per person/kids 10 euros), good experience of walking from Grindelwald to Canyon, walked through villages, canals, beautiful views of mountains. Visited Lanturburnn village, saw waterfalls, got panoramic views. One can visit Jungfrau but need to spend more (135 CHF with swiss pass), also First mountain for adventure activities, but we have not done. Back to lucern via Interlaken. Day 8: Venice Train from Arth to Venice, spend evening in Venice streets (like maze!). Day 9: Venice Boat tour Murano, Burano, Torcello, good one. Day 10: Rome Reach Rome from Venice, Visited Colosseum, Roman forum, palatine hill Day 11: Naples/Amalfi/Positano visit Took train to Naples (1 hour 10 min 300km), reached Sorrento (1 hour 15 min for 50 km) by 10 am, thought of doing Capri tour, but only got Positano/Amalfi coat car tour for 69 euros per person. Good one. We need to at least two days in Naples to cover all attractions. Missed Capri. Back to Rome by Mid Night (similar trains). Day 12; Rome Check out, kept luggage in Hotel. Bus tour, to cover, all monuments/museums, like Angelo Castle, Vatican City, Spanish steps, Trovia Fountain etc. There is Saravanabhavan near Rome Termini. Returned hotel, picked up luggage, transferred to Airport for return to India. We got good help from Google maps from most of the tour, as all transports are guided by the app. Suggest to do our own search and exploration will add values. Use local transports effectively. Almost, we travelled in buses, trains and boats except airport transfer. Paris-metros, Rome-Buses, Switzerland all transports are good. Overall, our tour was very memorable and fantastic with guidance from Anmol/Hub Holiday, and big thanks to the Knowravel/Hub Holiday team and Travel Triangle. Regards Prabakaran

It was a long trip for about 3 weeks and visited the places in the order: Paris, Amsterdam, Reykjavik (Iceland), Frankfurt, Bern, Interlaken, Zurich (Switzerland) and taken the return flight to India from Paris. We knew very few places in Europe and Street Romeo helped us in adding extrodinary site seeing places and activies which made our trip exellent throughout the itenary. They were very interactive and responded within very short time. They booked very nice hotels, cabs (pick up and drop from airport), Transport, Swiss passes, Effel tower and other event tickets.
