March to May (Spring season)

June to August (Summer season)

The weather in Iceland is pretty cold most of the time including that summer months very most part of the world scorching heat but in Iceland the temperature doesn't rise beyond 15°C. There is a light warmth during these months which most people prefer. It is a great time to visit Iceland for sightseeing and for pleasant weather. Due to the large flock of tourists visiting Iceland during this season, it is also considered the peak season in Iceland.

September to November (Autumn season)

With September begins the autumn season in Iceland and continues till November. The days become shorter, however, the golden hues and the weather is pleasant. Being an off season, one can get good discounts on hotel prices during these months.

December to February (Winter season)

Winter months in Iceland is one of the toughest to stay in since the weather in Iceland becomes very cold and something not bearable. Most of the things you cannot do during the winters since you cannot see even a little sunshine. Many people do visit during these months because they are in the non-peak tourist season and also the chances to catch the northern lights are high due to darkness in these months.
