That part of the experience felt very poorly managed and left us feeling stranded. In summary, it was a 3-star experience — some things worked as per plan, but the service lacked warmth, flexibility, and responsiveness. With a few improvements in communication, car quality, and on-ground support, the experience could be significantly better.
