Mauritius) did a fine job at the airport pickup and transfer to hotel. The shared coach drive for the airport transfer and day trips were with an amazing driver-cum-guide who nearly became part of the family. Little disappointed with the Isle Aux Cerf as we didnt have enough time (<1Hr) to explore and enjoy when we reached the Isle. North Tour hasn't got too much to explore and enjoy unless you go to the Pamplemousses garden from Port Louis (on your own - not part of package). In-Tune coordinator helped us plan for Catamaran and Blue Submarine Safari around the Grand Baie.
In all, an exhilarating experience. !!

I recently visited Jaipur and stayed at Hotel Harsoli Haveli. The overall stay was okay — the room and property were decent, but the breakfast experience was disappointing and definitely not up to the mark. While I was satisfied with the basic stay, I wouldn’t say I was fully happy with it.
However
, what truly made the trip memorable was the excellent coordination and planning by our driver and guide, Omveer. Since he is a local and knows the city very well, he planned everything in advance and ensured we covered all the major attractions in Jaipur without feeling rushed. He also took us to great places to enjoy traditional food, which added to the experience.
I really appreciate the coordination between Back to Holiday and Omveer — their planning and support made the trip smooth and enjoyable.

I booked a trip to Thailand and have a mixed of review to share. First, the pleasant part: Krabi and Phuket sight seeing and hotels were well arranged. The local team who tied up with the Bareback holidays did a great job. They showed us the place and were very warming their approach.
The trip was
almost spoiled for us in Bangkok. We waited for 3.5 hours and did multiple calls and then only there was a pick up sent. We got to know on our way to hotel that the attraction promised for that day sight seeing was closed due to the Kings visit. I requested for another sight seeing and even suggested a couple of options. The local and the Indian contact did not pay much attention and my entire day was wasted. The evening was even worst as planned by the travel agents. It was agreed for a dinner date with my wife. The local guide Phi Jackie informed that the Intake Restaurant (an Indian place) has been booked for us which is close to the hotel. When we visited there, the restaurant manager confirmed that there was no booking for us. We reached out to Phi Jackie but she did not respond for 25 mins and then she booked the place in front of us with the hotel manager. To top all these, the buffet was hopeless. There was hardly anything good on the menu. We just had a roti and left the place silently to see if we can do something at our own not to spoil our evening further.
Next day, the airport drop was also not provided promptly. The driver asked us to book a cab and when we resisted then he said he will drop us. The local team at Thailand was totally unprofessional and spoiled a lot our time. they could have informed that all major attractions were closed due to Kings visit and we could have avoided visiting Bangkok.
