The hotels/ Resort were top class with the staff being cooperative and guest friendly . Driver Wasim deserves special mention for his exceptional guidance for locating the best shops catering to tourist requirements . Driving skills were very good. On the first lap of journey , Bangalore to Mysuru

, an Etios was provided , which was more roomy and had adequate leg space , on the remaining leg of the tour , a Desire was provided. This car was not in very good condition , with the flaps behind the seat , being torn. It was observed that Driver had to to sleep in the car at night , no accomodation is provided for him. This policy may be reviewed Ooty coffee plantations . Tea factory.
