Entry Fees For Dubare Elephant Camp

The entry fee for Dubare Elephant Camp is Rs 800 for Indians and Rs 1437 for foreigners.

This fee includes fun activities with elephants. The day visit package which includes welcome drinks, trekking and lunch is available for Rs 1499. The stay packages including stay, lunch, dinner & breakfast, elephant interaction, Jeep safari into the Dubare Forest, bird watching / trekking and forest entry charges is priced at Rs 5393 for Cottage and Rs 6160 for River View Cottage. Boat transportation to the main camp charges are Rs 20 per head.

Tickets can be booked online at the official website of Dubare Elephant Camp and can also be purchased at the camp itself. For a stay at the camp, it is advisable to book tickets online.

Overall it went well but not as expected. Started with a delay of cab driver for 1.30 hour and couldn't cover the most of the places because of that. Driver was not able to guide us properly due to which we reached the spots but they were closed because of lack of proper communication.

hotel location is not as expected, it was long away from the hill station, since we were new to the place and unaware of the location, the Traveller should have guided us with the locations (climate, ambience) etc, this was not happened, should improve, we have also had a choice to cancel the current booked hotel to a new hotel in hill station with additional cost cost too, eventhough, the Traveller did not helped, overall, with the help of driver, we went to the places to which he is well versed

To completely explore the camp, it may take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. However, the elephant rides and bath are only available in the morning.

 

Food is available inside the camp for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The three meals are included if one opts for the Stay packages. However, the day visit package only includes Lunch.
