th March saying the agency didnot pay the balance amount to them, even though everything was paid to agency before trip itself. transport team called me frequently saying agency is not responding to them. when i tried to contact Rakesh from Dream yatra I could not connect via call to his number, later when I finally got touch with him on whatsapp and told him the transport is calling me frequently, he was so rude, told me to inform the transport team myself that payment will be released on monday which is his duty. He later told me directly not to call him again for this matter even though transport team is calling me frequently for update. Is that a customer duty to take care of bills to third party even after paying everything to agency?? such a unprofessional agency it is. and this portal wont let me submit the review unless i give good star rating to agency what kind of a stupid service is this.

ore like a family member to us. His driving, especially on curved roads, made us feel completely safe and comfortable. If there were a rating beyond 5 stars, I would gladly give him the highest possible! A heartfelt thank you to Mubarak sir for making our trip fantastic!
