Trip to KarnatakaWe had travelled to Coorg and Mysore for 3 nights and 4 days holiday in May 2019. We thank Travel Triangle and Chill Memories for delivering on the promise of a great stay and tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and were pleased with the arrangements. Keep up the good work ,team Travel Triangle. The best part of our holiday was our stay at Coorg Jungle Camp Backwater resorts at Kushalnagar. It was a really refreshing and tranquil place to spend some quality time.
Trip to KarnatakaInspire Holidays agent has given good service but the follow up is not done smoothly. The back-end advance booking is done but missed on giving a payment screenshot to the hotel staff or informing us which lead to little uncomfortable situation. Communication through phone by the agent or mail saying that we have paid so and so advance will help in future. The room booking was not confirmed and we had to wait and discuss with the hotel staff for at least 40 mins at 12 AM midnight with a kid. The agent is good but the process dint go smooth. About travel triangle-- The agent has called few times till we registered and done the advance payment. Later there was no followup and no response for messages. but timely he sent the invoices for balance payments. when called for some information, his response is, " ok, you need to check this with the agency which is dealing with the hotel booking". Initially to gain the confidence, they say you can call me anytime on my number if you have any issues I'll help. but when called for some information, no answer.
