Trip to Karnataka
All Places in itenary were not covered. Poor coordination between driver and the agent. Driver was asking cash for parking, toll, food and diesel. We paid for parking and food for driver also. Hotel quality was poor. It was not even worth of 2 star how did it get 3 star? No facility in the room including kettle. Food was pathetic in hotel and location was outside the city. nearby no place to explore food and other things.Trip to Karnataka

The trip was properly planned but the driver was pretty rude and was not co-operative in few instances. The hotel was good and clean. They provided us the hill view room on demand. But the food was not great as per ITC standards. I wish the food was better to make the stay perfect.Trip to Karnataka
