Overall well planned . We didn't face any issue. Driver was good but cab (innova)was very old one . As we were travelling in hilly areas and it was rainy season and in some place the visibility was not that good; the car front glass was not clear as it was a very old car and ac was not that good.

Kishoregamini's 6 days trip to Karnataka

Hitesh from Travel Triangle and Robin from CDPL both of them coordinated well and planned our Karnataka tour within our budget. Hitesh assured us the safe gateway for all the payments we made, which was a big relief from cyber frauds. CDPL provided us good 3* hotel accommodations, which helped our entire tour to progress smoothly. The transportation provided by them also very good. The chauffeur, Umesh ( from Lee Vacations) was very knowledgeable about the site seeing places of our tour which helped us in saving the time and cover more places in a given day. We had a nice interaction with Umesh during our journey as he knows our local language also. Our stay in Ooty , The Byke Sunshine grand was very nice and kids enjoyed a lot.

Chaithanya's 4 days trip to Karnataka

We were in 3 nights trip to Mysore and coorg . Overall we loved the trip . Made 60 % payment before the trip and remaining 40% on the first day of the trip. We found the responsiveness and speed in answering our queries became really slow after the full payment. Also driver beta is part of the pa kage, yet We had to pay for Drivers lunch and dinner every day which costed around 1500 for 3 days. Pls educate ur agents to convey the message to drivers.

Manishji's 5 days trip to Karnataka

Tour was good. too much travelling by car, suggestion/guidance for airport / railway station while tour start/end is missing in your program during selection. Last day was only travelling from 7 AM to 4.30 PM from Ooty to Mysore, this can be avoided while proposing for Itinerary to customer.  Driver/Cab - Mr kiran and his Car KA03AB5010 is very good, very polite, having good knowledge of route, very specific for selection of veg hotels   during my whole program Mysore, Coorg, Ooty, Coonoor, Bangalore.  because of him visited all place of my itinerary except one or two. Hotel Golden.castle :  Bathroom drain was choking, Hand wash soap was not provided. Tea Kit is not available. Bed Tea was given after 7 AM and charged amount for bed tea and water bottle this is minor things can be avoided. Lazo.areca.resort : Resort was good but far from the main market. Quality of food was Ok. natural things are very good , cleanness in resort is not upto mark (may be due to rainy seasons) incests / moths etc are in room and outside room, Major issue water is coming from roof specially in bathroom (three places) and one place in room. Kempscave : Good hotel little far from main market. service time is little late  this is my second tour with travel triangle. Over all good experience with you this can be much better with little changes  It is not understood for taking extra charges while payment of tour with UPI & Debit cards.
