We had a wonderful experience with RoadToTrip. We had booked a trip to kashmir for June month but due to the unfortunate incident we postponed it and rescheduled it for this December. Throughout the executives Iqra, Farah, chetna all of them provided quick service. The driver Tufail Iqbal bhai was also too good. He drove safe very punctual made us enjoy local cuisines and helped find us better shopping spot too. We travelled with our 5 year daughter and felt very safe throughout the trip. The hotels provided were top class in its ambience location and services.

Overall Good Experience... Hotel was Good. Itenery was Good. Hotel amenities need to improve like TV working properly, Regular cleaning of Room,Hand wash missing in Washroom,tea kitley not working Nice swimming pool in Hotel Nature was amazing,beaches were owesome

Overall a very good experience. Only thing that can be improved is planning of the daily iteirnery . The cab driver asked us what places we want to see every single day, whereas it should be opposite. He should tell what all to see in each place ,how would we know! Also we had heevan stay in pahalgam and the place to see in pahalgam to as closed . Only the places besides heevan was open for tourist. The travel agent should have told us that you need not see those places as you had a stay at heevan . Our day ,time and money all was wasted because of that. We could have left pahalgam in morning itself and could have taken an evening or night flight and saved one day. Overall for the travel agent to stand out he should plan and communicate the iteirnery which is feasible and actually worth watching for the tourist( e.g zero point at sonmarg had nothing to see, outrightly waste of money and time.)

Our 4-day Kashmir trip wouldn’t have been half as smooth without Khusboo and Salman. Khusboo was fantastic from the planning stage weeks before we even landed, always patient, always helpful — and trust me, I’m not easy to impress. There was a hiccup with our initial driver, but she handled it with absolute professionalism and arranged a replacement instantly. That replacement turned out to be a blessing — Salman was a god-send. Calm, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our trip memorable. Every booking and arrangement was seamless, top notch, and stress-free. Couldn’t have asked for better support.
