Tips for Karmana River

While going cruising down Karamana river, be sure to carry a camera and binoculars as the banks are very picturesque and a number of trees and birds can also be observed.
While going for boating, keep in mind to not mess about once on the boat. For kayaking and canoeing, keep the instructions you have been given firmly in mind.
The Karamana river has gotten fairly polluted in recent times and as such, drinking the water or taking a bath is not the best idea here.
For those interested, the boat club also organize tours to the small islands nearby where there are some small manufacturing plants for coir.

Hotel at Munnar Mist inn is not upto value. But at Thekkady Mountain hues is very good. At Alleppey some boat house issue but agency managed. Boat house is ok but they moved only 1/2 km which is not our expectations. Food is ok but generic. Travel agency has misguide. At cherai beach hotel infront o

f sea but room is too small. Journey was wonderful, all hills please is ok. At Alleppey house boat experience was beautiful.
