Bangalore to Calicut train journey takes around 11 to 13 hours and the fastest train running on this route is Yesvantpur Junction Cannanore E and other train is Mangalore Exp that leaves Bangalore at 23:55 pm and reaches Kozhikode at 13:20 pm. Bangalore to Kozhikode train distance is 573 km. From Kozhikode railway station one can get local transportation easily.

Bangalore to Calicut by Road

Kozhikode can also be reached from Bangalore via a road journey. Bangalore to Calicut distance by road is 375.3 km and it takes 8 to 9 hours to cover this distance via Mysore Road and NH766.

By Bus: Kerala State Road Transport Corporation buses and a number of private buses are available on a daily basis to reach Kozhikode from Bangalore. Bangalore to Calicut bus journey is safe and hassle free.

He won't give the priority to the travellers and his intention is to have food at particular times and bcoz of that we were not seen some places and he asked us to have food in the local hotel which doesn't have proper ambience. Namaskaram travels is not a local Kerala agent in first place. The itinerary is good. But he missed to coordinate in connecting to driver earlier. Also, haven't updated in hotel about checkin early. Also didn't update us on hotel location and told us at the last moment.We only asked the hotel manage

r about it. Also confusion in connecting to drivers. Also haven't sent us the payment link earlier instead urged us to pay on the day of trip. Could have avoided these many confusions. Otherwise trip went well.

Winter Note at Munnar having a balcony which opened towards Forest side where I enjoyed chirping of birds which is still in my ears and memory. Travel unbound will be the only company to book other travel plans. Visit to Pariyar lake, hotel Winternote having forest balcony with chirping of birds was fabulous.
