Namaskaram travels is not a local Kerala agent in first place. The itinerary is good. But he missed to coordinate in connecting to driver earlier. Also, haven't updated in hotel about checkin early. Also didn't update us on hotel location and told us at the last moment.We only asked the hotel manage
r about it. Also confusion in connecting to drivers. Also haven't sent us the payment link earlier instead urged us to pay on the day of trip. Could have avoided these many confusions. Otherwise trip went well.

The Cab & Driver behaviour was very good. The Services of Balaji Vacations was also good. The hotels were good but in Coimbatore Hotel Le Grand Breakfast was given in sealed package instead of buffet which results to wastage of food. In Minner the hotel was good but on top of the hill and far away f
rom main market of Munnar. The hotel of Thekkady was best. The hotel of Alleppey was good but old furniture and fittings. Cochin hotel was good just near to Airport.
Best memories were Adi Yogi, Munnar, Thekkady National Park and Boat Ride, Alleppey Shikara Ride. The driving skill of Driver in mountain was excellent.

1st day room was good i.e. Quality Airport Hotel
2nd day room in Munnar wasnt good for honeymoon purpose i.e. Mist In Resort
Rest of the experience was good.
I loved Kovalam and the resort i.e. Golden Sand Beach resort.

Our trip started beautifully with great hotels in Munnar and Thekkady, but the houseboat experience in Alleppey was a total disaster. The boat looked nothing like the pictures which shared during trip booking—it was small, poorly maintained, and had an unsanitary kitchen. The biggest issue was the s
taff; the driver was drunk which is unacceptable and dangerous.

We enjoyed our trip to Kerala. Hotels particularly at Munnar (Winter note) was superb. Driver Srineevas was very cooperative, down to earth, fully knowledge person to take all the members of the group directly to North Indian food restaurants and enjoyed the food. He was very patient, friendly and a
lways give respect to his tourists. My travel company Travel Inbound, Bangalore manager, Ms. Mamataji, Shri Sanjiv Katoch ji was always approachable to extend their full help and feel us very important and guided us on every step and offered their best knowledge to finalise the best hotels where all my senior citizen members enjoyed the stay. Really memorable travel plan prepared by them. Recommended to avail their services. Winter Note at Munnar having a balcony which opened towards Forest side where I enjoyed chirping of birds which is still in my ears and memory. Travel unbound will be the only company to book other travel plans.
Visit to Pariyar lake, hotel Winternote having forest balcony with chirping of birds was fabulous.

Overall a good experience and a memorable trip. The hotel in Munnar was not as promised and caused a lot of inconvenience however the later accommodations were good. The house boat trip and the elephant safari was the highlight of our trip. Our toddler loved the experience too.
