On ground we didn’t had to face any challenges as booking was done in advance however we had to follow up multiple times to get hotel vouchers before the start o

f the trip. Further travel triangle agent was not responding to me for getting hotel vouchers. Before booking the trip agent was very active and helpful but after booking she didn’t bothered to respond also. It was commitment from Club 7 Vacations which ensured everything was in place
