Shreya not only helped me plan the trip from scratch but ensured every minute detail was taken care of. She crafted a personalized itinerary based on our preferences, unlike other travel agencies that often stick to rigid, template-based plans. Shreya called me daily to check on our experience, ensuring that each day went smoothly and making adjustments whenever necessary. Upon our request, she even arranged a guided tour in Mumbai, further enhancing our experience. Recommendation: The only suggestion I would have for future travelers is to spend more time in Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani during the winter months, as these locations are exceptionally beautiful and deserve extra time to explore.
