    By Air

    Igatpuri doesn’t have an airport, but you can fly to the nearest airport, i.e. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai, just 120 km away. From there, take a cab or catch a train to Igatpuri, which takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach. However, you can take a flight to Pune Airport, which is 250 Km away from Igatpuri.

    The best way to reach Igatpuri is by train, which is well connected by trains from Mumbai and Nashik. You can board a train from Mumbai, which will take approximately 2 hours to reach the Igatpuri Railway Station. However, if you are catching the train from Nashik, you can reach Igatpuri in just 45 minutes.

Recommendation: The only suggestion I would have for future travelers is to spend more time in Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani during the winter months, as these locations are exceptionally beautiful and deserve extra time to explore.
